Short Property Description
In the heart of the historic town of Gympie. Our home has the ambience of a quirky bushland retreat; however, it is only a short stroll to the town’s tourist highlights, cafes, restaurants, and the shopping precinct. After a day on the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland has to offer you can return home to your own oasis.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We are in the process of converting our weed patch into our dream of a sustainable food forest using permaculture principles.
Currently we have a number of fruit trees and herbs. We have chickens and the bees. Aquaponics is also in our future plan.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We have travelled extensively and enjoy sharing out home with travellers as we have shared the homes of others around the world. Also we need a hand as even though we only have an acre and a bit, it’s a lot.
