Gardening, orchard, vineyard and animal work to suit your skills and abilities. Space for up to 6 WWOOFers. Strictly no smoking. Shared meals, mixed diet. English and German spoken. Children b.a. Beautiful 280ha property just an hour north of Perth. High in the Darling Range, overlooking Lake Chittering. We are currently building a house and a small cottage mostly using the materials found on the property. Mudbricks are handmade, timber cut and milled on the property, stone collected from the paddocks and sand dug up. Doors, windows and numerous other materials are recycled. We also run sheep, poultry and grow hydroponic tomatoes.

Farm & Garden maintenance volunteers needed for about 2-4 weeks on rural Farm Stay property. Renovating overgrown areas around the Residence and commencing great pasture improvement program and to keep Horses safe. Establishing a well-presented B&B Business including off-grid Glamping. Located in Running Stream which is 1 hr south of Mudgee NSW. The Homestead has large grounds to be maintained, there is an amazing landscape, with 6 different garden areas plus Orchard of 30 fruit trees. The Formal Rose Garden of 60 different Roses, currently under renovation. Overgrown plants & weeds to be cleared and renovating large Vegetable Garden area. mainly clearing weeds, mulching, planting. Some of the days will require lifting and Clearing paddocks of old timber laying around, and collecting bush rocks for the front gateway entrance where new “Rock Wall” will be constructed. Most of the Tree’s and garden beds require mulching. So spreading mulch will take extra time. Collection of 2 truckloads of mulch at nearby location. Selection criteria is: Must be over 21 years old, have Driver’s licence and proper ID. You must have weed clearing and Gardening experience and some experience working outdoors! Ability to work HARD under sometimes harsh elements of strong winds, cold temperatures, etc. Volunteering hours are generally between. 8-4 (9-3 or less when bad weather) The WWOOFing Guidelines state no more than 4-6 hours volunteering each day and a maximum of 38 hours each 7 day period. There will be Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner catered for (value about $30/day) Backpackers will have self-contained accommodation in furnished large camper-trailer (suits couple) There is double bedroom, w Single bed 🛏 for one person, also have double air-bed for extra persons if needed. Share main bathroom 🛀 *Health checks and where you are travelling from with honesty and courtesy is also essential, in-line with COVID-19 safety procedures. Bush Fire Prevention Work at Bellingen MidNorth Coast NSW 2nd and 3rd Year Visa able to be signed. 

 Our little farm is nestled in a beautiful valley just off Waterfall Way only 6 Kms from town of Bellingen.   It is our families and new friends sanctuary sitting on the bend of the creek. We await your energy and laughter to intermingle with the festivities of the kookaburras and crowing of the roosters.

We are seasoned travellers and know the beautiful art of generous hospitality and making others welcome.

 Beautiful fully self contained accomodation about 60 metres from our house will be your abode.  Shared meals in main house with my mediteranian specialties. See pictures.

We have had travellers stay six months  putting on a few kilos from homebakes!!  We stay in touch with a lot of our guests and many have returned.   A beautiful gift indeed these lovely shared times and connections.

 Work includes building, fencing,  tree planting and painting or whatever else you see needs doing that you wish to contribute.

 Weekends are off so you can enjoy the surrounding magnificent area which includes World Heritage National Park 25 Kms away on the Great Dividing Range escarpment, exquisite pristine mountain stream meandering through the rainforest or a walk along kilometres of unspoiled beaches.

Bellingen is an eclectic village on the shortest crystal clear river in Australia.  Why not try snorkelling with our unique turtles or a canoe trip to town?

 We don't have TV but do have Wi-Fi.

 No alcohol please, smoking under one of the many big gum trees.  Can't be sure you will spot a koala but certainly trees are filled with king parrots and pigeons.

 Closest train Urunga station.

I live with 2 of my children, Banu 20 and Maisy 15, in a rammed earth house with a sod roof that we built. Work continues on a tiny cob cottage. Chooks help us in the garden and we are continuing to reafforest with rainforest and bush food species. Jobs include gardening: weeding, planting, pruning, and GFM. Focusing particularly on finishing the cob cottage and re-establishing the veggie garden. Opportunity to meet lots of other Crystal Waters friends and join in with community events. Beautiful surroundings and abundant native wildlife. Everyone welcome, especially families with children. NSI. Accom for up to 6 in our caravans, tents, or BYO. Shared meals. Mainly vegetarian diet.
