Short Property Description
We are a small, family run Wood-grown Mushroom Farm on the beautiful Atherton Tablelands. Supplying the local community and surrounding towns with fresh mushroom varieties such as Shiitake, Queensland White Oyster, Lion’s mane, Pioppino, Chocolate Oyster, Blue Shimeji, Pink Oyster and Yellow Oyster.
We also breed and milk a herd of friendly Anglo Nubian dairy goats, keep chickens and have cattle agisted in our paddocks.
Organic/Biological methods we use
All of our mushrooms are grown chemically-free on a hardwood sawdust substrate that we make up on our farm, sourcing ingredients from local mills and farms where possible.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We have loved the concept of WWOOFing for a very long time, and are finally in the perfect position to enter the WWOOF community as a host farm, yay!
Since the beginning of our mushroom farming journey we’ve learnt so much and are excited to share our knowledge and this unique experience with others.
We hope to provide both a supportive and educational experience while making lasting friendships along the way.
