Short Property Description
Beautiful 300 acre farm which we run wool sheep, alpaca, house cows, horses, chickens and bees. Although we’ve been farming all our lives, we’ve only been hon this farm for a few years so we are still setting up. We are also growing vegetables and setting up an orchard. With the current situation we are setting up to grow additional vegetables to assist a local soup kitchen. We are working on improving our land through revegetating and addressing erosion. We love our farming lifestyle and are always looking to enjoy and improve our farm. We use little chemicals or none and are old fashioned in how we view our farm and work. We enjoy our horses and training our working dogs. We believe in dignity and respect for all, the animals, the land and the people.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We’ve had woofers and nomads in the past and have enjoyed their company and enthusiasm. We love farming and enjoy sharing our ideas and days with people interested in what we’re doing. We believe this is a wonderful lifestyle and are happy to share with others. We also enjoy meeting and learning about other people .
