Short Property Description
**Please do not apply unless you have a vehicle and are fully self sufficient. The property has no accommodation, toilet or shower**
River front working vineyard and olive grove. The property is 25ha, approx 7ha under vine (Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon) and about 2ha under of olives (8 varieties, combination of eating and oil olives). There are abundant kangaroos and bird life, beautiful Jarrah and Marri trees, two big dams and 800m of Margaret River frontage.
Main farm jobs will include planting seedlings, clearing brush, maintaining farm equipment and a variety of vineyard work.
The property is a 15minute drive to Margaret River and Cowaramup towns, a short drive to CBCo Brewery, Jesters Flat Equestrian, Darnells Store and the Berry Farm. You will have access to power and unfiltered water but will need to BYO accommodation (including shower/toilet) and drinking water.
