Short Property Description
Our property has 88 ha with plenty of wildlife all year long. A short 2 hours drive from Sydney and you are surrounded by the World Heritage-listed Wollemi National Park.
In regards to the Flood Recovery Project, we are able to validate 2nd or 3rd Working Holiday Visas.
On our property, you will find a 2000 sqm garden, which we are planning to extend in the future. We are also participating in a few different projects, which protect the native wildlife of Australia. For example: we have planted more than 200 native trees on our property.
Our next project will be to install water stations, which are created specifically for the Wildlife of Australia.
Organic/Biological methods we use
Our 2, 000 sqm garden provides a diverse range of vegetables, herbs, and seasonal produce. We use only home-made compost as fertiliser and rely on natural cycles to keep our soil healthy.
The garden is divided into two sections:
Summer Section – During the summer, this area is enclosed for growing and harvesting seasonal vegetables.
Winter Section – While the summer garden is in use, our hens, geese, and ducks graze in the winter section, naturally fertilising the soil. When the seasons change, the roles of the sections are reversed, ensuring continuous soil enrichment and healthy rotations.
We do not use synthetic chemicals. Instead, we rely on natural, plant-friendly methods, including diatomaceous earth, to protect against pests.
Our approach combines animal care, composting, and crop rotation, creating a balanced ecosystem where the garden, soil, and animals all support each other.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
My partner and I decided to create a sustainable environment to empower people with ideas on how sustainable lifestyle can look like and how it can be done.
We also would like to exchange ideas/creativities with other people to work constantly on new projects.
