Why I became a WWOOF Host
I have just retired with a number of projects on the property I will struggle to complete with just myself and my partner. Our property is situated on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula minutes away from beautiful coastline and National Parks so would provide an enviable base for WWOOFers looking to experience a magical part of Victoria whilst enjoying a variety of farming/land regeneration activities.
I hope to fully establish a sustainable fruit & vegetable capacity utilising permaculture & composting methods to supplement our poor soils. I also wish to enhance the quality of our significant bushland and restore it as close as possible to its original indigenous state.
