Short Property Description
At Budou Farms, we’re passionate about growing delicious grapes while nurturing our land! We embrace regenerative practices, which means we’re constantly working to improve soil health and biodiversity. You won’t find us tilling our fields, as non-tillage helps keep the soil structure intact and its microscopic life thriving. Plus, we’re all about smart canopy management to ensure our plants get just the right amount of sunlight and airflow for optimal growth and fruit quality, It’s all about working with nature to grow the best for you!
Organic/Biological methods we use
We have chickens, peahens and peacocks, solar systems and we use lot of sensors to take care of water usage on the farm. We use lot of biological control and monitoring.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
Farming, especially with sustainable methods, is labor-intensive. WWOOFers provide valuable volunteer assistance with various tasks like planting, weeding, harvesting, farm maintenance, and potentially even some eco-construction projects.
Budou Farms clearly has a strong ethos around sustainable and regenerative agriculture. Hosting WWOOFers allows them to share their knowledge, experience, and passion for these practices with individuals eager to learn. This contributes to the broader organic and sustainable farming movement.
Attracting volunteers from all over the world. This provides an opportunity for Budou Farms to engage in cultural exchange, learn about different perspectives, and build connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
