Short Property Description
I have a beautiful 160 acre property on the Fleurieu Peninsula. There are sea glimpses from the balcony and veranda downstairs. The house is cosy with a super warm combustion fireplace. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the house too. The farm is located a 10 minute drive from Myponga and Carrickalinga beaches.
Organic/Biological methods we use
I have 20 breeding Angus and Murray grey cows and 19 calves. They are all grass fed cattle. The animals are very well looked after and in excellent condition. They are watered from the numerous dams on the property, some of which are spring fed. The welfare of the cattle is my number one priority on the property.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
I have taught English throughout the world and love meeting people from different countries and cultures. I hope to meet others on my farm and share some skills I have and learn other skills from potential guests. I need some help with gardening and non skilled work around the farm. I enjoy cooking and hosting friends and family. I am an “OK” cook, but not brilliant.
