I love to connect with different people and learn from their lived experience. I'm deeply eager to learn and develop skills that will enable me to live in a more sustainable way and hopefully share those skills with others in the future.

We're on 100 acres with mainly forest and a creek, located in Northern NSW, 14km from Mullumbimby. Bordering a national park. Truly on the edge of wilderness. With 3 established permaculture gardens/ food forests and a diverse and colourful community of sometimes 12 people. Five (5) main areas of work are: building with recycled materials, permaculture gardening, regen, general property maintenance, and crazy, dynamic art space projects. The raw nature of this place presents its own challenges and is not for the feint of heart! Our aim is to foster 'small community' whilst respecting the awesome natural beauty of this special place. Individuals, couples and families are welcome to inquire.

I grew up in one of the biggest towns of Germany far away from the country or sea side. And I want to change that now. I want to try a new lifestyle, not just travel but learn the culture from people who have lived here and show more, that just the usual tourist things.

I also hope to improve my English while sharing daily life with others. WWOOF feels like the perfect way to learn new skills, meet inspiring people, and enjoy meaningful days.

We want to travel around Australia, but would like to alternate this with practical work. We would like to gain work experience and be able to contribute something. In addition, we also think it would be great fun to meet people and occasionally be able to experience a sort of home while traveling.

I want to learn about foreign agriculture. I will do something to learn it.For example, carrying heavy things and working in a smelly place. Also I’m interesting in organic farming. In the future, I want to farm in Japan. To make the dream come true, I join this and learn somethings.

We chose WWOOFing because we love the idea of combining travel with meaningful work and cultural exchange. As physiotherapists, we enjoy being active and helping others, and WWOOFing allows us to contribute in a hands-on way while learning valuable skills. We want to experience sustainable farming, connect with locals, and step outside our comfort zone. Working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a community really appeals to us. We also see it as a great opportunity to slow down, appreciate nature, and gain a deeper understanding of different ways of life.

I’m really keen to do some woofing, to have the opportunity to work in a beautiful spot and to learn more about regenerative farming techniques. It feels like such a treat to wake up close to nature and work with hands in the soil each day.

I joined this community to find different experiences where the main focus is on human relationships rather than money. I find it fascinating to live inside another culture, to learn and understand part of its history. I love exchanging life philosophies and sharing different foods.

I’ve joined WWOOF to hopefully get the opportunity to spend a good amount of time with new people and integrate myself into their way of life! I love learning new skills and taking on new challenges and feel that wwoofing is the perfect opportunity to do that. I’m also looking to work in Sydney or Melbourne at some point down the line, but after travelling NZ for a few weeks I’m keen to extend my time away from the corporate lifestyle and spend some time outdoors and learning new skills.

I joined WWOOF because I wanted to extend my visa in a meaningful way while discovering Australia’s rural life. I’ve always loved nature, helping others, and learning by doing. WWOOF gives me the chance to meet locals, gain experience in organic farming, and understand sustainable lifestyles. It’s more than just free accommodation — it’s a real cultural exchange. I enjoy being useful, working hard, and sharing moments with hosts. I’m a friendly and motivated person, and this experience helps me grow personally. Through WWOOF, I hope to make a positive impact while living a simple, authentic life in nature.

I wanted to gain valuable experience during my working holiday in Australia, so I found a volunteer program called woff. I want to volunteer in Australia to become a useful person, build good relationships with people, and gain valuable experience and life.

I joined WWOOF because I want to learn more about sustainable living, organic farming, and the connection between people and the land. Growing up in the countryside in Japan, I helped on my family’s farm and developed a deep appreciation for nature and hard work. Now that I’m in Australia on a working holiday visa, I want to explore different ways of farming and contribute to communities that value healthy food and a healthy environment.

We believe WWOOF can offer us the chance to break free from the confines of our studies and immerse ourselves in the heart of nature. We truly believe that through this, we get to learn, cultivate new experiences and find new perspectives. Not just in the field of farming, but also to learn independecy. We also believe that this trip can help us learn not just about nature, but also more about ourselves.
