I am looking for a WWOOFing experience to learn new skills, be close to the nature, explore the true Australian culture meeting and living with locals.

I am travelling around Australia and I want to make a contribution, meet new people and learn new things. I am interested in organic and sustainable farming. A good inspiration and learning for the future.

I would like to be part of an amazing adventure. I would like to learn more on agricultural topics. I am also eager to help people i work with and with whom i share the same values and sustainability interest.

What we love most about volunteering is the human experience, meeting new people and sharing our experiences. W e hope to bring some good cheer and leave with a great with a great experience.

I live in Japan and build Japanese gardens as a hobby. I also enjoy flowers and growing vegetables as a hobby. Although I think Japan is a beautiful country, I was fascinated by the vast land and nature of Australia. I would like to learn about organic farming in the vast land of Australia. Then I want to experience Australian culture and people's lives.

I grew up on a farm in northern Canada and want to use my expereince to help out other agriculturists as they adopt more sustainable faming practices. If I get to spend some time with animals that's an added bonus. What I really want out of this experience is to learn about each area/farm I visit and get to know the incredible people willing to host international travelers.

I worked on a biodynamic market garden for a year, helped set up regenerative grazing system on a partly bush property using pigs to regenerate pasture in place of heavy undergrowth. I owned a small farm and grew chemical free flowers to sell commercial for 3 years, also homesteaders on this property for 5 years had 5 cows, 14 sheep, countless chickens both egg birds and several batches of meat birds that were all moved on pasture in salitin style roller pens. Grew veggies and did heaps of preserving. Have a fair library of organic, biodynamic and permaculture books, have spent time nerding out on Korean natural farming methods. Very into local community food resilience, Really keen to get my hands back in the dirt and further expand my knowledge of small scale sustainable agriculture practices while helping others develop/maintain their dreams!

I am generally very interested in agriculture, good food and healthy eating. I enjoy outdoor work, physical labor and working with animals. Therefore, I would like to get out of the daily routine for a while and work on a farm. To gain new experiences, see everyday life as a farmer and learn new things.

I want to experience a different life, outdoors and back to nature... my previous experience of nursing has been extremely rewarding and challenging and continues to be a great asset to my life. But now I want new challenges - to learn about permaculture, organic farming techniques and animal care. I like the bit where it says "no experience necessary just enthusiasm" I hope to travel through Australia but that might be a bit difficult right now, but I intend to start my experience in Victoria. It seems a great way to experience life with locals and really get to know rural areas of Australia. I've been in Australia this time since March 2020 spending over a year in lockdown Melbourne so its great to have freedom again. I have done some my own garden and gardening with friends and helping out. I have done a beginners DIY course and try and fix things myself...sometimes it works... WWOOF seems a well organised and safe system so here goes...51

I love nature and often travel abroad. I have also done volunteer work overseas. This is my first time in Australia and I would like to learn about culture and English from local people. I work in restaurants and Thai massage in Japan .

The reason why I participated in WWOOF this time is because I want to have various memorable experiences in Australia. I am looking forward to meeting the hosts. In addition, through WWOOF, I would like to improve my English speaking skills.

It has been my passion to work on a WWOOF and further understand organic farming since I was trained in Farm Start and to further my own growing experiences.
