I heard about wwoof from a friend who had a really great experience! She told me about how enriching and life changing the work on a farm was and how thankful she is to have had that chance. It would be my biggest wish to experience the same. I wish not only to work in this country but also to get to know the people, the culture and everyday life in an authentic way. I want to get to know the hosts and support them as much as I can. I like the principle of Wwoof, that it is a give and take.

I am really passionate about our environment, soils and health. I believe the foundations of our wellbeing, like the plants themselves, starts with the soil and nurturing techniques. First hand experience learning from people living the kind of life I would like to lead and care deeply about learning about, then going forward to help others live a life I believe in would be a dream come true.

I have spent my first couple of weeks in Perth city and although it is great I am very much wanting to get out of the city and get the authentic Australian experience- snakes and all! I feel good when I am productive and would love to help on a project that resonates with community values, sustainability and the natural world. It would be amazing to meet like-minded people to share knowledge, experiences, skills- and hopefully some laughter as well!

We particularly like this state of mind, in fact discovering a new country also means discovering new people, being immersed in their culture and their way of life. So what's better than woofing? We like to share moments, meet new people and help residents.

I have chosen the WWOOFing experience because it's a enriching adventure that offers me the opportunity to have an authentic experience abroad. My decision to participate in WWOOFing goes far beyond a simple desire to travel or visit new places. It is primarily a journey aimed at broadening my horizons and evolving as an individual. One of the most fascinating aspects of WWOOFing is the chance it provides to authentically connect with locals. By living and working alongside the residents, I have the opportunity to discover their culture, traditions, and way of life. This immersion in the daily life of local communities allows me to forge valuable human connections. WWOOFing, for me, is an experience that promotes open-mindedness. Lastly, the learning of English is another significant reason that led me to choose WWOOFing. By living and working in an environment where English is the language.

We love the woofing principle and the win/win that it gives for both the woofer and the host. It gives the opportunity to encounter australian people and learn to know more about their lives and culture. We are also very willing to learn some new things and as we are very into nature, woofing jobs are a wonderful opportunity !

I joined WWOOF because I want to meet new people and get to know the real life in Australia. Furthermore I am interested in new cultures especially the daily life on an organic farm. While spending my time on the farm I would like to achieve new impressions and expand my knowledge about farming and Australia in general and of course I also want to save money. And how did I learn about WWOOF? A good friend of mine, who has already done a year of Work&Travel, recommended me to create a profil on WWOOF, because it worked perfectly for him.
