I signed up to meet local population, improve my English and discover professions that I would not have dared to do in Belgium. Being able to volunteer is rewarding for me.

I am interested in finding out about how people on organic farms live and to see if this is something I would like to achieve myself, having a farm! I think it is also a good way of travelling around the country and to fullfil meaningful work.

ホストとのコミュニケーションや活動を通して、その土地の文化を理解したい。また、多文化をしることで、日本の良さを再発見し、ホストに日本の良さも伝えたいと思ったからです。 I want to understand the local culture through communication and activities with hosts. Also, by learning about multiculturalism, I rediscovered the good points of Japan, and I wanted to convey the good points of Japan to my hosts.

I have always been interested in dairy farming. I have a dog at home in Japan and I love animals, so I want to engage in agriculture while interacting with animals. Additionally, I would like to connect with the local community through farming. I also hope to apply the experience I gained as a gardening staff member to WWOOF.

We joined WWOOF because we want to experience farm life and get to know the Australian culture. Also, we like to learn new things and to develop our working experiences. We love to be outside and take care of animals or the nature. It's important to work with the nature, not against, so sustainable farming is what we want to do to protect our environment. Also, it's very interesting to get to know how farming works around the world and important that knowledge doesn't get lost.

I want to be involved with nature and animals in Australia. In addition, I want to live with the people of that place. I believe that will enrich my life because I can get experiences that I can't get in Japan. That's why I wanted to do wwooh, which satisfies all of these things.

To meet people, learn new skills & to explore different areas in WA. As a mum of two grown girls and grandmother to 3 I've spent most of my life taking care of others. WWOOFING is something I'd like to do for me, to expand my horizons and learn new and interesting life skills instead of sitting at a desk in frront of a computer or 9 hours a day.

Skills I Want to Learn:
We joined because we are travelling around aust for the first time and thought it a perfect way to learn new skills As well as enjoying our beautiful country as well as  looking for stock for our business. Accommodation is a perfect way to save money and Glenn enjoys working while Courtney studys and runs the business from our van so it's a win win. Our caravan is self sufficient and can run off soloar and water tanks. Courtney loves cooking so we often take meals on our own and so we can debreif after the day; so no need to worry about that expence for us in our wwoofa stay. We love traveling and working different jobs as we travel and it dosent effect our business as we can work remotely.

Passionate about nature and animals, l’m looking for a rewarding experience. I’ve always dreamed of working with animals, and ideally in reserves, refuges or wildlife protection associations. I’m looking to acquire skills and knowledge in the field of the environment and animal care, with a view to finding a job in this field more easily when I return to France. To me, wwoofing is the best opportunity to reconcile my desire to work in contact with animals, and to live a human experience. It’s also a way to discover a different, more authentic side of Australia, and to improve my English.

The main reason I joined WWOOF is to learn about organic farming. I have been working as a farmer for 15 years. Although I have an "organic concierge" qualification in Japan, I think I don’t have enough skills and  knowledge of organic farming.   It’s always been my dream to WWOOFing overseas, and I have suddenly decided that it’s now or never! I think the best way to learn about organic farming is having a real experience. All of my family grows kiwifruits and citrus fruits very carefully, lovingly, affectionately. I’m proud of them working hard every day. They are supporting my new challenge. I keen to learn about organic farming and living sustainably. I am also passionate about  meeting new people and learn about their cultures. I’m hoping to be given the opportunity to WWOOFing in Australia.

I’m hoping to find a great happy environment to work and contribute to. It would be great to learn some new skills/hobbies all while meeting some new people and exploring this wonderful country.
