I decided to participate in WWOOF because I wanted to gain practical experience in sustainable agriculture and learn about eco-friendly living firsthand. It was also a chance to immerse myself in diverse cultures, meet like-minded people, and contribute to meaningful community projects. By engaging directly with the land and local practices, I hoped to enhance my understanding of environmental stewardship and build connections with people who are passionate about sustainability.

I love doing wwoof at the begining of a trip in a country to know how people are living and to meet of course local. I love helping people for everything and share good moments with them.

I would love to discover more of Australia. It is such a beautiful country with the most amazing places. I am traveling with two friends/colleagues. We are marketeers and two of us are photographers, so if you would like, we would be happy to make content of the accommodation/farm. However, in the end, we would love to learn more about farm work and all that the Australian agriculture has to offer. We are not afraid to get our hands dirty and to work hard!

We joined WWOF to be able to renew our visa in the future, once our current visa expires, and also to get to know different areas of Australia and its customs.

Joining the WWOOF community has always been a dream for me. I would like to learn more about farming, horse riding, horse care, ranch management during my trip and contribute to meaningful projects.

I never stop learning farming because the farming scene is always changing, especially organic and regenerative way of farming. It is beneficial for farmers around the world that farmers' knowledge and technics are shared with other farmers even across the border. I am happy to share my knowledge with farmers and love to talk to farmers who think the same. And farming is in many cases rooted in the culture of Ag lands and history. To learn the aspect is also a valuable thing to me.

Life has been pretty challenging up until now. Trying to stay afloat in a system that seems to be designed to keep one small, is no easy feat! My mortgage is no longer sustainable and I’m now needing to pack up and rent it out. I’m recovering from years of surviving and not truly nourishing and connecting my soul in the ways it desires. I’m hoping to find financial balance again, along with a lifestyle focused on being connected to the Earth and being outdoors more. I worked for years in the corporate system and that’s where I lost myself and I know I cannot return to. I want to discover what I have to offer the world, by being more hands on in ways that support more of this Earth and the collective. My plan is flexible at this point. I’m on a whole new discovery path and am just trusting in what comes next. I’m happy to help where I can and would love to develop safe and loving connections along the way.

I joined WWOOF to gain a better understanding around organic/sustainable farming as I would like to look into having my own farm/homestead one day in the future.

I joined WWOOF through AIFS and l am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic& Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

Because I love Australia! I stayed in Australia for 1year 20 years ago. I want my son to experience Australia’s beautiful natural environment. We would like to communicate with various people through agriculture.

To improve my English, meet new people, and experience the local culture. I am enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn. I will be available for woofing from October 2024 to November 2024. During this period, I am looking forward to contributing to your farm or project, helping out with daily tasks, and learning new skills. My main goals are to immerse myself in the Australian lifestyle, make meaningful connections, and enhance my language abilities.

I am currently in a transition time and applying to fine arts master's programs. My art is heavily influenced by the natural world and I'm happiest when spending my days stewarding a garden and animals. My background is in interior design and construction and in the last five years I've become really drawn to cob and straw bale building techniques and taken courses in permaculture. I'm excited for a chance to help tend and create with like-minded people.

To see a wonderful host in this country a lot of nature. It would be great if we could find a way to enjoy life by spending time together as a member of your family.

I joined wwoofing to discover a bit Australia and its people. It is a nice way to travel and share time with people. Via wwoofing, I hope to help people as much as i can.

To learn more about organic farming while spending time in nature. I grew up in big cities but have always loved the outdoors and the climate change has heightened my sense of urgency to connect with the natural world. I also love the opportunity to meet and speak to new people from all over the world and all walks of life.

I really want to discover Australia with living with Australian people and learn how they live. The woofing is for me the best way to discover Australia and to share some good moments with people.

I joined to meet interesting people basically find my tribe to be apart a community of like minded people and live closer to nature while learning how to live bests with nature with more sustainable farming practices living a cleaner lifestyle both for our environment and our bodies & Minds and have fun doing it.

I decided to join WWOOF because I arrived in Australia at the beginning of October. I thought I would find work quickly, but so far, the only response I have is for a job in December. So in the meantime, I will need accommodation because I don’t have much savings left.

I have two reasons. To be honest, the main reason is to get a second visa. However, I’m also interested in the farm job I found, especially because I enjoy drinking wine. So, if possible, I wanted to gain experience. That’s why I decided to work there.
