I joined WWOOF through AIFS and l am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic& Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

The main reason I joined WWOOF is to learn about organic farming. I have been working as a farmer for 15 years. Although I have an "organic concierge" qualification in Japan, I think I don’t have enough skills and  knowledge of organic farming.   It’s always been my dream to WWOOFing overseas, and I have suddenly decided that it’s now or never! I think the best way to learn about organic farming is having a real experience. All of my family grows kiwifruits and citrus fruits very carefully, lovingly, affectionately. I’m proud of them working hard every day. They are supporting my new challenge. I keen to learn about organic farming and living sustainably. I am also passionate about  meeting new people and learn about their cultures. I’m hoping to be given the opportunity to WWOOFing in Australia.

I’m hoping to find a great happy environment to work and contribute to. It would be great to learn some new skills/hobbies all while meeting some new people and exploring this wonderful country.

With WWOOF I hope to take my first steps into farm life and gain a lot of knowledge in gardening, farm management, working on everything that needs to be done, maybe even taking care of animals. On the other hand I want to get a real impression of how farmers live and what living and running a farm in Australia means for a person's life. Finally, I want to get my hands dirty but also discover the story of a farmer.

I am really looking forward to experiencing an authentic Aussie farm. Besides, I hope to meet new people and gain some valuable knowledge about farming, different cultures, plants and more.

Exploring this beautiful country, Wwoofing is a great way to meet new friends, learn new skills & visit amazing properties. Abby is a sesaaoned WWOOFer having lived on a WWOOf farm through Uni and  WWOOfed her way around New Zealnd. We are interested in how people live on the land, and grow food. Nathan is interested in learning about sustainable farming practices and regenerative agriculture. We both genuinely enjoy physical work outdoors and take pride in our work. We look forward to meeting you!

I have joined WWOOF because I am really interested in meeting new people and getting to know different cultures. In my opinion this is a great way to meet locals and get to know about their lifestyle. As I grew up in the German Alps I am familiar with the German farm life there. That is why I am really looking forward learning about the Australians farms and working there.

I would like learn more to agriculture, the farms show by WWOOF looks like what I would like to do later. At the moment I don’t like my trips in Australia but I would like to have a woofing experience before leaving learn more English and learn about Australian agriculture. And I can’t find a job and I’m tired of being in a bad situation.

I would like to build on my knowledge of permaculture, while supporting local individuals. I want to travel in a sustainable way that builds community. I hope that by travelling in this way I can do more than just sight see. I want to be a positive and contributing part of it.

I have to join wwoof because it is a new way to visit and get to know a new country. This way i will be able to learn about new culture and way of life. It is also a good idea to travel in a more economical way. Besides, it is a help to start in a new city, and to know its customs and language. Especially for people who like nature, like me, and learning jobs and useful things for life. I hope to achieve find a friendly host, a good work environment and be given the opportunity to learn to do new things while enjoying my trip and meeting new people. And have a good experience in this way of living in different cities. I hope to be able to do all the activities that I would like to do while I do this volunteering and enjoy the journey.

I know WWOOF already from previous opportunities and think it is a wonderful way to get along. I enjoy intercultural exchange and ecologically valuable work.

I want to join WWOOF to experience working/tending to agriculture and animals as I hope to live on a farm in the future. I grew up riding horses and being outdoors so this experience seems like a lot of fun and a great opportunity to learn more about farming.

I am really passionate about sustainability and I have experience working in farming/permaculture environments, so I know it's an environment I am comfortable. I would also love to learn some new skills and meet new people!

I always wanted to learn how to take care of a farm and to produce by myself some stuff. Last year I try to found a wwoofing experience in Ireland but finally I couldn't. Also, friends of mine did this and recommended me to go work on a farm in Australia.

I joined WWOOF to deepen my connections with people from around the world and experience new ways of life. I hope to immerse myself in different cultures and environments while contributing to sustainable farming and eco-friendly practices. I see it as an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn valuable skills, and forge lasting relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. By stepping out of my comfort zone, I aim to gain a broader understanding of the world around me.

I‘m interesting in the local agriculture and the different ways of farming. I really looking forward to learn more about plant cultivation, gardening and farming. Wwoof seems to be a nice organisation, which brings people with the same attitudes together and represents important values.

I want to have a peaceful experience working with that land and learning and engaging with those with similar interests. I'm ecstatic to get started working and help out whoever needs a hand 🙂
