Urban permaculture demonstration farm. Permaculture tours, courses, Permaculture plant nursery. Jobs include processing the harvest into flours, preserves ect.. We have chooks and ducks who do alot of the work so very little weeding work!!

I want to travel AUS and interact with local people. I'm interested in organic farming. In the future, I want to organic farm and herb garden in my backyard.spread it in Japan.

I joined WWOOF to explore a different culture and discover local flora and fauna, while interacting with people with diverse mindsets. My goal is to work in a rural setting, where I can be fed, housed, and washed, while sharing friendly moments with my hosts. By Woofing, I hope to really immerse myself in the Australian nature and get away from the cities a little. I am eager to learn and experience life on the farm, while building authentic bonds with my hosts. If possible, I am particularly interested in farms that focus on sustainability and organic farming, as I strongly believe in the importance of caring for our environment. I can't wait to start this adventure and meet some amazing people on my journey!

This is great for local small businesses which I hear are the heartbeat of Regional Australia. So, for me to be a WWOOFer in Australia is to play a role in helping to make the world a greener, better place for us all.” Donna “The truth is I’ve been looking at many different groups and organisations but I haven’t found anything that seems as much of a perfect fit as this does. There’s nothing more I love than farming and seeing how amazing it is when nature just comes together, at 45 years I needed a lifestyle change and to get out of my comfort zone.

I am really looking to learn about sustainable farming while I live and experience another country than my own. WWOOFing and farming is something that I believe I could be a part of and contribute to.

My boyfriend and I want to learn what it's like to work on farms, but not just any farms. We want to work on a farm that has ethical values with the opportunity to learn new skills and experience Aussie roots production whilst we travel around Australia.

I want to participate in volunteer activities to gain as many experiences as I can at my current age. I am eager to immerse myself in different cultures to enhance my experiences and to master English.

I visited a number of biodynamic and organic farms whilst on the west coast which peaked my interest in organic farming. Besides that a love of nature and a desire to meet new and interesting people.

Considering a move to the bush but I would love to have the opportunity to be exposed to the realities of the hard work on the farm before making such a monumental change in my life. Soil regeneration and reversing desertification is a practice that intrigues me. I'd love to learn more.

Expand my horizons as I explore the land down under x Having grown up outside of Chicago and spending my summers in the countryside of Europe, I am grateful that I have learned how much I love the rugged outdoors. Dressing up and going to events is easy, but getting down and dirty while truly getting to connect with people and share stories is where I find life’s greatest blessings.
