I want to experience adventures and want to get to know different people. Further more i would like to get to know other lifestyles then the one i know in The Netherlands. WWOOF gives you the oppertunity to get to know yourself, different people and different lifestyles. I am hardworking and i have always loved the countrysides more then the city's. I am just very excited to work on a farm and receive more practical knowledge.

I am here on WWOOF to get a chance to discover the rural life. I come from the french Alps and I wonder how does it work anywhere else. Plus, it would allow me to meet new people and new ways of thinking.

When I finished my environmental science degree last year I was faced with a choice - get a corporate environmental job in London, and pretend like this truly catered to my true love for nature, - or go searching for something better. My decision brought me to Australia, a part of the world abundant with untouched wilderness.. where I then ended up stuck in Melbourne for 5 months broke and drinking goon... haha. But after securing a job for 2 months on a prawn trawler I got on my feet and went to visit my friend in the lovely Atherton Tablelands, who is living on a WWOOF farm. I had no clue what this was, and after a month it has finally dawned on me that this is the lifestyle I was searching for. The rat race I escaped in the UK could not seem further away, I feel that by travelling and working on WWOOF farms I will have so many oppurtunities to explore this wonderful continent and spend time with such brilliant people!!

I always like to try new things and learn new skills as well as meet new people. I hope to find a nice place to stay for a bit and help out with whatever is needed. I'm currently planning to do a diet and looking for a place where I can make most of the time.

I would like to experience the natural form of work eliminating the idea money. To be rewarded with survival elements of food, water and shelter should enrich and sooth anyone's mind that money is not everything or essential.

To enable us to experience Art Eco Village SA. Maybe it is possible we will be interested in other woofing opportunities however the sole reason for us joining is to enable us to experience the art eco Village in South Australia a resident there was involved in the earthship build in Augusta in 2019 and a strong relationship was formed it hasbeen our intention to visit and stay at the Art eco village in South Australia for some time we in fact tried to do so after the earthship build in willunga earlier this year there was not an opportunity at that time for us to stay which resulted in US taking the opportunity of traveling to Italy and I hope that makes 150 words or more

I want to meet people doing great things and get to know country . I believe that meeting the people of the place helps me understand cultures better but also while I travel I want to be doing things and giving back. I am excited to be meeting new people and hopefully some will become friends . I believe we need to treat soil and water with respect, as well as each other.

I have always admired the Australian way of life. What kind of food they eat and how they live. I also wanted to try things that I could only experience in Australia.

like I said I have already done some work exchanges, through workaway in Italy and France which I enjoyed; I love meeting new people and just talking about life. In Italy I lived with 2 families and was an aupair to their children. In France I worked in Lyon (the best city on France sorry Parisians) at a chateau. I did lots of different jobs there like gardening, cleaning, and greating and welcoming guests. These experiences made me a lot more autonomous and mature and also helped my communication skills, with cultural exchanges there is sometimes little disagreements so it's important to have strong communication skills so you can work out any problems. I like travelling slowly when I go to a country and really setting up roots in places and getting to know people really well. `then you can learn a lot more about the way of life in that country through conversations and observing people. wwoofing in Australia seems likea dream because you get to work in some of the most beautiful places in the world

I joined WWOOF through American Institute of Foreign Studies (AIFS) and am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic & Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

I joined wwoof especially because I want to get to know australia and its nature, its culture and of course people who live there to make new and exciting experiences. It would make me very happy to work at a farm because I love being in the nature and I like taking care of animals if its possible. Furthermore I want to speak as much English as I can to improve my speaking skills.

I found out about WWOOF through my Permaculture studies with TAFE. I hope to learn more hands on skills by volunteering with farms around Australia. I love working with both plants and animals.

I love nature and often travel abroad. I have also done volunteer work overseas. This is my first time in Australia and I would like to learn about culture and English from local people. I work in restaurants and Thai massage in Japan .

It has been my passion to work on a WWOOF and further understand organic farming since I was trained in Farm Start and to further my own growing experiences.
