opportunity to support an industry I believe in ... As a result of working in the organic industry and my environment studies I have become increasingly aware of issues relating to lifestyle.. in particular relating to health and fitness as well as various aspects relating to the food chain or rather costs imputs and energy required to produce food in a sustainable manner which is consistent with health of humans and our environment .. This has given me a greater appreciation of the costs of production .. not to mention the benefits of consuming food that has been produced .. In this regard, now that i have a window of opportunity to be able to spend time at the primary producer level as well as giving a little back to the organic industry ..

We want to join the WWOOF platform because we really want to make our 88 days of visa work count by doing something good and important. We’ve always wanted to help both animals and people in need, and WWOOF seems like the perfect way to do that. We’ve volunteered before at animal shelters and with organizations that focus on animal rights, and those experiences have shown us how much of a difference even a small effort can make. Volunteering through WWOOF gives us the chance to connect with local communities, learn new things, and contribute in a way that feels meaningful. We’re excited to get involved in something that combines our love for nature with helping others. It’s not just about fulfilling our visa requirements—it’s about making a positive impact and gaining experiences that will stay with us forever.

I joined WWOOF in hope to live such a great experience with my hosts, to travel while learning a nice job, close to nature and people, while helping in a farm. WWOOF seems to be the best way to meet people and to do something positive. This was my goal when I've decided to come to Australia.

This is my first time in Australia, but I decided to join WWOOF because I wanted to help out in an English environment, experience Australian nature, and interact with animals. The knowledge and experience I can gain through WWOOF is a great opportunity for me. I think this experience will be useful in the future. I'm looking forward to sharing different cultures.

Australia is a country that loves and protects nature. That’s why I want to learn how to love and care for nature. Australia is also a country where diverse cultures coexist. I want to learn how to share and live together with people from different cultures.

There are three reasons for my participation in WWOOF. At the first , I would like to find out how I want to live my life through this journey and WWOOF. I believe that organic farming is the most important and basic living activity for human beings. Because food is essential for human beings and it is the farmers who produce the food on our tables. I graduated from high school in March this year. However, I did not know how I wanted to live in the future. and then one question came up with my mind that is “what to do you want to do with your self?”. To answer these question of my life , I would like to explore more about the way of life by meeting different people and experiencing there ways of lives. That’s why I started this journey. To sum up the first reason for joining wwof is that I’d like to think about my way of life through helping on the farm and interacting with you people. Secondly, I’d like to know ,your culture and What’s the value of your life . I have a friend who is a family WWOOF’s host. The WWOOFER visited his hous regularly ,who became like family and left the house with a fond farewell. From this, I feel that that WWOOF’S ability to build strong relationships with people of different nationalities, cultures and languages is one of the great things about wwof. Furthermore, in WWOOF we can live and work together, I believe that through wwofing we can learn about each other's culture and way of life. Because dialy life shows us a way of your life, and sharing a living is a way of sharing your life. I don't know Australia at all, and I don't know any of you who live there. That's why I hope to learn about Australia through wwof and, if it’s possible, I would to like to share my way of life with you. The third reason is that I would like to save money before I start my working holiday . I’m looking forward to working on your farm. Thank you very much.

I joined WWOOF to complete my 88 days and extend my Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417) because I fell in love with Australia. The country’s beauty, culture, and people captured my heart, and there's so much more I want to explore. Since arriving, my dream has been to fulfill these days and continue my adventure. I worked tirelessly for 4 months at a café in Eden, NSW, only to find out it didn't qualify as remote enough. This setback hasn't dampened my spirit; instead, it’s made me even more determined. I’m eager to return to Australia and complete my 88 days before my visa expires on October 1st. I'm passionate about immersing myself in the Australian lifestyle, learning new skills, and making lasting connections along the way.

I would like to have new experiences here in Australia. This is the country I dreamed about as a kid, and I really want to discover Australia’s landscapes. Being in the middle of nature would teach me how to really take care of it. I’m hoping to learn about planting, piking, taking care of plants.

WWOOF Australia acknowledges the Traditional owners of the land on which we work. We honour the ongoing cultural & spiritual connections, heritage, customs & beliefs of Aboriginal people & pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
