The goals of using my company vacation this time are as follows: to experience the high levels of happiness in Australia, to understand why Australia has such high happiness levels, and based on that understanding, to determine the direction of my future career. To achieve this, I believe WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) is the best option, as it allows for building deeper connections with local people rather than just engaging in tourism like staying in hotels. Additionally, I have a strong personal interest in gardening and agriculture.

I decided to join WWOOF in Australia because it offers the perfect opportunity to explore Australian culture. Also I think it’s a great way to mix traveling and working.

While I have always been passionate about traveling and learning new things, I recently decided it was time for me to try traveling more long term. After years of school and working with no breaks, now is the time to gain new experiences and insights. I would one day love to have my own sustainable homestead, and what better way to work towards that goal than to work with people who share the same passions? I am hard working, eager to learn and excited to join you and reach our goals together!

I'm really intrigued by the unique, unconventional opportunities on wwoof that you'd usually never even consider as a job because those always turn out to be an unforgettable, extremely rewarding experience. Also, the chance to gain new skills, meet mew people and give back to a community all while working on a sustainable farm just strikes me as an awesome idea!

Well, as much as I like the city, it's the rural regions of this country I want to explore more. I have done farmwork before in Namibia (for 3 Months) and I'd love to do something similar again, which lead me to join wwoof. 🙂 I just prefer working with my hands and seeing the results in the end of the day. Also, I view it as a nice opportunity to stay in a place a while longer to get some time figuring out what I want to do next and actually getting a real feeling of the country and the people outside of Hostels.

I want to join WOOF as it offers a lot of experience with agriculture and its different branches which I believe will give me invaluable knowledge and experience in my journey to being an agriculturist here in Australia.

Having grown up on property in Tasmania and now having a nature and animal loving 15 year old, we'd like to experience a variety of farms as we consider buying property when we get back home.

We run a short-term accommodation business featuring 45 beautifully designed villas spread across nearly five acres of scenic landscape.

i have mostly joined WWOOF to meet more amazing people and broaded my horizons, i would also love to learn more about all kinds of farms, how they opporate what to do ect. when im older i would love to have my own little self suffenect farm that i live on and i think. that the people on here would help my gain the knowledge i need to make this dream a reailty

I joined Wwoof in order to experiment the truly Australian backpacker's life. Discover new ways to work and think while meeting new people and enjoy participating in the local activities and duties.

Learn about permaculture and the folk involved in it. Satisfied father of four beautiful daughters and now two equally beautiful grandchildren. Educator for past 30 years. 15 in private business/practice. Establishing a new sustainable existence with as tiny a footprint as I can leave. I learn best by doing and listening. Love being outdoors with dirt under my fingernails and a good feed at the end of a productive day. Peace out. We are in a beautiful stage of life where we can begin to really give back to our family and the planet in real and meaningful ways. Woofing and meeting other like-minded people provides a wonderful opportunity for sharing ideas and gardening/sustainable living strategies. It also allows us to learn from folks who are little further down the permaculture path than we are at present.

We want to join WWOOF to immerse ourselves with different hosts: eating, talking, and sharing activities with them. We are ready to contribute and work in various fields, such as planting, harvesting, domestic tasks, and working with animals. We are particularly fond of domestic and farm animals, especially cats 😉 The main reason we choose WWOOF for our future experience is to develop our English skills. WWOOF is a great opportunity to be accompanied in a country that is unfamiliar to us.

I'd like to learn as much as possible from the people of Australia. Working for and living with its inhabitants seems to be the best way to discover the culture and honor it !

I joined WWOOF for the learning and experience opportunities. During my working holiday in Australia, I wish to learn more farming techniques and understand the host's stories. It is useful and encouraging fore my career path and future development.

I wanted to get know my state to experimenttrue australian work in farm or in ranch. But more than discovering a different type of work. I want meet new peoples and to get to know them. For me meeting people is always a lesson and that make me grow up. I love the fact that i can share some weeks with stranger and get to know them. Also i want to learn to know my self more and make a life experience. Every experience is unique and i want to live this one.

I would love to meet local people from all around the country and learn more about australien culture, by immersing myself in various local communities across the country, to get to appreciate the unique traditions, languages, and cuisines but also forge meaningful connections with people who call this beautiful land home.

I joined WWOOF through AIFS and l am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic& Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

Something like Wwoofing is new to me because there is no such thing in Germany. I really like the concept of it because it allows you to get to know new people and their culture. I also find it interesting to work on family-run farms and get a place to sleep in return. This gives you safety in a foreign country. Moreover it´s a cheap way to experience a country. I hope I will get an insight into everyday life, which will allow me to improve my English and perhaps also some tips for my further journey
