Short Property Description
We are a small acre farm located on the FishRiver in the tiny historic hamlet of O’Connell NSW, 2.5 hours from Sydney. We boast one of only three regions in Australia that has the right conditions, climate and soil to grow saffron – the world’s most expensive spice! We are willing to share the secrets of saffron and its natural magic in exchange for some assistance with harvesting and processing. We also grow garlic and other vegetables and have a small orchard with many cool climate varieties.
