We would like to volunteer as a family. We view this as an important part of our elder daughter's education. As a family, Debbie, I and our elder daughter will take turns to care for the 2 year old toddler. I can take care of heavy lifting and share tasks among ourselves to get the job done. We also hope to get to know the host family, and share our cooking and meals together.

I loved my experience WWOOFing in New Zealand and really value this as more than an exchange, but rather, a shared experience for both parties. Some of the WWOOFing hosts I have met this year, I still keep in contact with to this day and have had an amazing positive impact on me and made me feel more connected to the country while travelling.

We love nature and being outdoors and are excited to get the opportunity to learn new skills. We'd like to learn more about organic farming in general as it is something we both believe in and have a passion for and hope to use what we learn when we get home to the UK.

Eike is an experienced WWOOFER and has always had a great time working for different hosts so far. Sina has some experience working at a strawberry farm in Germany, and although she is is new to Wwoofing, she has heard many positive things about it and likes to give it a go as well. Back home, we both like gardening, trying different art projects and we also enjoy building some DIY furniture from time to time. Additionally Eike tries to increase his woodworking skills whenever he can. After being on the road for the last couple of months, we now feel like taking it a bit slower and would like to find a place where we could stay for a little bit longer. We are flexible in our Wwoof time, anything from a couple of days up to a couple of weeks would be fine. We are both hard working people and quick learners. We would also be happy to try something new that we don’t have experience with yet.

I've decided to embark on a WWOOFing journey in Australia to learn, share, and immerse myself in the beauty of eco-friendly farming. Australia's diverse landscapes and commitment to permacultural practices have drawn me in. I'm eager to contribute my energy and skills to a WWOOFing host while soaking up the Aussie way of life. For me, WWOOFing presents a wonderful chance to connect with like-minded individuals while, of course, providing a practical way to stretch my travel budget.

I joined WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) driven by my love for nature, a passion for sustainable living, and a desire to connect with the earth in a meaningful way. My interest in gardening and caring for animals naturally aligns with the ethos of WWOOF, where I can actively participate in organic farming and learn about eco-friendly practices. This opportunity not only allows me to develop my gardening skills but also enables me to be a part of a global community that values environmental stewardship. Engaging in WWOOFing is a fulfilling way for me to combine my interests in travel, meeting new people, and making a positive impact on the environment.
