I have always wanted to try WWOOFing, as I have come across it many times during my studies. I have a degree in environmental management, which means I show great interest in everything that contributes to a more sustainable world. I have already worked at an organic vegetable Farm before and have really enjoyed it a lot.

I want to get a perspective from different parts of the world, along with culinary experience from a wide range of places. I feel that hands on experience is much more important than textbook learning. I also hope to gain a better understanding of the places that the ingredients I cook with come from.

I joined WWOOF because I want to combine travel with meaningful work and authentic experiences. I’m in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and I’d love to complete my 88 days in a way that truly adds value to my time here. I feel that being outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals, is very therapeutic, and I’m excited to learn new skills while helping out on farms. WWOOF feels like the perfect opportunity to connect with people who share a passion for sustainable living, meet new friends, and contribute with enthusiasm while discovering more about Australian culture and lifestyle.

..First, to be honest, I want to join WWOOF because I want to get my second year of visa ..obviously…. But I am also really curious to experience the work of farms and meet farmers, their lives , their way of doing things because it is an interesting subject for me and is close to my heart. In the future I would like to be autonomous so this learning is precious ! It could be a great experience, I’m very motivated and I want to give my best to help! I learn quickly what is explained to me, I will always be a volunteer because I like to work and learn. My bonus: Meeting people from all around the world to discover new cultures because that’s what I like too !
