Dynamic Certified Organic Farm looking for equally as dynamic wwoofers. We run a fully certified farm from fence to fence which includes lemons, limes, macadamias, avocados as the main crops and trial crops of ginger, turmeric, garlic and if we can make it work a market garden. Lots of produce packed into a small farm. We also host 2 accommodation units which are awesome, and it gives a chance to meet so many new people. On the side we are restumping the house among other little projects and fitting out an off-grid hut. We don't smoke or drink but love a laugh. There's just the three of us - me Mal, moomoo the cattle dog, and Lilly the resident cat. Its all about the positive vibe on the farm so bring a smile and great attitude and you'll feel the magic happen.

We joined WWOOF because we want to experience the real Australia — far from the big cities and tourist spots. We’re looking to connect with locals, learn new skills, and live new experiences that we wouldn’t find anywhere else. We believe in exchanging time and energy for knowledge, connection, and a deeper understanding of the country we’re travelling through. WWOOFing is a great way to slow down, be useful, and discover new ways of living. We’re excited to meet hosts who are passionate about what they do and who are happy to share their lifestyle with curious travellers like us!

I am interested in various cultures and want to learn about them firsthand through WWOOFing by observing, listening, and participating actively. In the future, I hope to live surrounded by animals, so I want to learn different methods of sustainable living that benefit both nature and myself. I also look forward to meaningful conversations and building connections with many people.

I had done wwoofing in England before. It was very wonderful experience, so I want to do it in Australia again. I love sheep so much that I’m very happy if I could help with shepherding works.

We are young regenerative farmers working alongside Nature. Our Regenerative farming methods are based on soil rejuvenation & creating diverse microclimates. Our focus on soil health increases nutrient density in our produce thus growing good quality food. Our mission is to connect and live in harmony with Earth; inspiring fellow families and farmers to give back to Nature, tune into the natural cycles & leave this place better than we found it. Implementing regenerative agriculture practises instead of monoculture

We own a 90 acre Certified Organic property, 2 kms from the Murray River and 5 kms from Waikerie. We grow a small vegetable/fruit garden. We breed goats, some chickens and a little dog, Gemma. Chores vary seasonally: picking, weeding, feeding animals, restoring cars & old tractors. Accomodation either in our home or self contained flat. Children b.a. Meals with family, plenty of good food. We take our WWOOFers on a nocturnal safari to see kangaroos, emus, foxes, rabbits, owls & quail. See scorpions, Red-back spiders & lizards, etc. Also kayaking on the river. Star gazing, ride the quad motorbike, drive the tractor, go fishing, swimming or play pool. No smoking inside. Daily bus service from Adelaide & interstate to Waikerie. Here is a story written by a wonderful French WWOOFer Lény Gourven who visited us in 2013, we still keep in touch! WWOOFers Shay and Dean visited and made a video series about their WWOOFing journey around Australia. Here is the episode on our farm 🙂

After getting exposure to farm life and integration into a family unit, I would love to learn more about living a sustainable life through wwoofing. As a journalist by nature, I am also looking forward to picking hosts brains about their lives, experiences, and areas of expertise. Overall, I am hoping to connect with likeminded individuals to facilitate meaningful cultural exchange and feel more connected to nature and the people who aim to protect it. As a bonus, I am also hoping to finish off the last of my required 179 days to get my 3rd year visa through bushfire or flood recovery work!

I want to meet people and to do the 88 days to qualify for my visa extension for the second year in Australia . Additionally, I want to learn how to live on a farm and help the Australian agricultural industry grow and develop. It is important for me to contribute to the community, even if it is not my own community in Israel. I believe that the experience of volunteering is amazing—it can benefit the farm I volunteer at while also giving me a great sense of fulfillment.

I want to learn about permaculture and organic farm and the garden. Also permaculture living design. I want to meet a lot of people in the world. I also want my son to visit in different culture. I really want to be a host in Japan, but due to family reasons I cannot become one, and I would like to at least be involved as a WWOOFer.

I loved AuPairing, both here and in Europe and I think it’s such a great way to live abroad. That is why I would love to continue living with locals and learn from your way of living! I would love to have my own organic farm in the future, so it would be lovely to see that lifestyle by WWOOF:ing!!

We are looking to expand and grow as individuals and a family. Have always tried to ensure we are raising our kids on health spray free and hormone free food. We sold our home mid 2024 and are enjoying renting rurally. Joined to connect with like-minded people who we can learn off and help whilst creating friendships.

WWOOF Australia acknowledges the Traditional owners of the land on which we work. We honour the ongoing cultural & spiritual connections, heritage, customs & beliefs of Aboriginal people & pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
