To learn more about animal care around the world and help locals in conservation during my travels. I am starting an internship in September and I wanted to work with some local farmers and animal people while exploring the wonders of North Queensland.

I want to take time out, and spend time on the land as they say. I am a hard worker and want to just come back to basics. As I said above, I love different cultures and would love to immerse myself in a different culture, perhaps learn a language - on a basic level. Meeting new people is always a good idea as well. I would love to find a day or two where I can enjoy the local area.

My mother met my father woofing in New Zealand and she has always encouraged me to try it, saying it was a life changing experience. I hope to explore my interest in organic farming and deepen my experience with nature and see more of this beautiful country

Willing to work hard. I am 43 and I have decided to go on a long trip (6 months or 1 year) for the first time in my life, and I will do it in Australia. Discovering this website originated from my passion for 'helping people', a career aspiration for the future. Memorable experiences, like working on a strawberry farm in Caboolture, Australia, increased my interest in how agriculture impacts daily life. This website now serves as a valuable tool for exploring how to make a societal contribution.

I would love to know more about farming and learn new things. It is the first time I'll come to Australia and I didn't wanted to just be a tourist, I would love to meet people as I'm traveling alone. I've spent over a year in California with a family and I kept very good relation with them, I'm going back after my trip in Australia. I want to discover something new to me, I'm young and it is important for me to live this before I settle somewhere. I'm delighted to meet you and know more about the culture and learn new things.

I am an environmentally friendly person, and interested in a sustainable way of living in general. Since I've been in Perth now for two months, I'd like to discover more of the Australian countryside, and gain some knowledge about farming.

Ever since I was little, I have lived a natural life. As for work, I was doing organic farming and organic related work. I am interested in organic farming and would like to deepen my knowledge. I would like to have my own organic farm in the future. I also want to know the difference between Japan and overseas. I also want to interact with people from various countries and deepen friendships.

We want to learn more about organic/biodynamic farming, permaculture and living sustainably on the land, so that we can utilise that knowledge when we have our own land. We are excited to help others with their hobby farms and or businesses whilst we learn from them. We are also city dwellers who love getting out of the city and spending time in nature.

I uphold WWOOF principles and values, and permaculture ways of living. My earlier WWOOF days are dear to my heart. I learned so much and engaged in wonderful communities. I loved witnessing people and families pursuing their dreams in lifestyle, home buildings, sharing and growing.

I am studying agriculture at a university in Japan, so I think I want to experience Australian agriculture in an Australian farmhouse.

In Japan, I did not usually have the opportunity to farm and it was mainly classroom learning, so I want to learn about the difficulties of farming, the attractions of farming, and the farming process in Australia.

 I would like to learn about the differences between Australian and Japanese agriculture, and after coming back to Japan, I would like to utilize what I have learned in Australia in my research at a Japanese university.

Through these volunteer activities, I would also like to improve my English skills and become a person who can contribute to solving agricultural problems and developing agriculture internationally.

For the past 22 years, I have been a devoted follower of Tenrikyo, a religion originating from Japan, and my family belongs to a Tenrikyo church. Guided by the principle of "By helping others, we help ourselves," I have always strived to assist those in need. Having recently arrived in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, I have made the firm decision to participate in Wwoof and embark on a journey of personal growth through volunteer activities alongside new international comrades. At my age in my twenties, I possess the vitality and resilience to tackle challenges with confidence. Therefore, I am eager to actively engage in new ventures and gain valuable experiences.
