The main reason I joined wwoof was to experience the real australian way of life on a farm in a more familial kind of way, not on a big industrial farm. For me it's not about earning a lot of money, it's more about learning new ways of working and thinking. That's mainly why I joined wwoof, to support small farms, get to know new people and make some lifelong memories.

During my exchange year in the USA in 2017, which I spent living with a local family, I discovered how valuable the contact with new people from a different country and culture is. It gives me a lot of joy to get to experience different views on the world and learn from people with a totally different background and life as my own. This is a huge reason why I decided to join WWOOF. I see this as a huge opportunity to get to meet new people and learn more about this country from the perspective of locals. I would also love to share about my culture and the life in Germany. I think doing WWOOF can be a great exchange of culture and language in general. I also take this as a chance to try out new jobs and things I have never done before because that is what brings me joy. 🙂

I'm hoping to learn new skills and knowledge about sustainability and organic farming . Also I would love to volunteer around animals. I find myself always wanting a bit more and wanting to live a more sustainable lifestyle . I would love the opportunity to learn all there is to know about a more eco friendly lifestyle .

I would like to gain new experiences and gain an insight into working life in Australia. I have also always wanted to work on a farm because I am very interested in it. In addition, I think it's great to get to know new people.

I joined WWOOF through American Institute of Foreign Studies (AIFS) and am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic & Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

I would love to meet new people, learn new stuff and help someone at their property. It will make my trip in Australia more of an experience and would love to know more about the culture. It also is a good way to don't spend money on accommodation.

As I mentioned before, I would like to have new experiences, try new things and learn new skills. But most of all I hope to get to know locals to learn more about their lives, their work and their lifestyle. And of course I would like to improve my english skills.

WWOOFing, for me, embodies a human and ecological adventure, aligning with my values and my desire for hands-on learning. I’m really interested in work related to nurture. And I wanna join volunteering team. Throughout working with nurture that would give me other perspectives or new experience. I hope getting new experience thorough Wwoofers and learn a lot of things about nurture. I wanna spread how good volunteering is in the future. So firstly I wanna join different types of volunteering.

I’m indefinitely on the road looking to connect with different types of land & people, and dive deeper into regenerative agriculture. I'm especially keen to experience & learn about holistic grazing & syntropic systems.  I'll be on the road until I eventually find someplace new to set down roots and leave behind my inner city life.

I joined WWOOF because as a former environmental education volunteer I would love to experience again the volunteering way f life. I would also love work in farms since I grew up in one and I would like to have mine in the future in France.
