My dad signed me up. He went around Australia a while back and had great experiences WWOOFing. He thought I would like learning about how different people live, how to live more sustainably, discussing life, philosophy and the experiences of other travellers and hosts.

WWOOFing is an excellent way for me to acquire diverse experiences and spend time with people that are on the field. I am very interested in all work related to gardening, plants, and nature. I also love all pets and animals, even the wild ones!  I'm looking forward to discovering your way of life and taking part in it.

I joined WWOOF in Australia as a part of my gap year before I'm going to Uni to gain more experience in different fields of work, such as farm work and working with animals. I would also like to be more independent and gain a little more trust in myself, which is why I'm doing this alone. In addition to that, I'd like to get to know many great people from all over the world and listen to their stories.

We want to join WWOOF to learn to speak English. We also want to discover the Australian culture. It’s a good plan for us to meet people and being more independante.

To live the life and connect with other down to earth, free thinking, nature loving people. My long experience in WWOOFing in the 90s was a great foundation for many great opportunities and life experiences and I want to continue that just as my wife and homeschooled kids do.

I am planning to travel solo around Tassie in 2023 and want to met like minded people. Living in Sydney has cut me off from a lot of what I love so I am getting out there again and hopefully will be reinspired. I have family in Tassie and am thinking of moving down there and want to get a feel for the place outside of Hobart. While I have never been a WWOOFer myself I have worked and spent time with many over the years and think it could be a positive experience. When traveling I'd like to meet people and not be just staying in BNBs or hotels.

I am active in sports (athletics, tennis) and I like to be in nature (my hometown is situated between fields and forests). Since I pay attention to a healthy diet and live very environmentally conscious, the concept of WWOOF with the organic farms appeals to me very much and I would love to contirbute! I also like the idea of living with another family and learning about everyday farmlife.

We are doing  a world trip for 4 months from July to December 2022 and we would like to meet inhabitants and exchange over our cultures and lifestyles while working together. We think it would be a richer experience for our girls too to get the chance to live with inhabitants and really get to know them. We won't have a vehicle so we are not looking for getting all around while woofing but we would prefer have time to exchange and make some good memories with our host. We would like to stay around 3 weeks in one host so we can get the chance to have a rest while getting all around countries and take time knowing and sharing with our hosts.

I joined WWOOF because I want to experience what it’s like to actually LIVE in Australia, and not just vacation. I am curious what differences there are between farming in Canada vs Australia, and I’m always eager to pick up new skills and knowledge.
