To improve my English skills. I also want to take advantage of the power of action that can only be achieved while still young and gain many experiences that I would not be able to have in my home country. In the future, I would like to use the experience I gained here to welcome people from overseas who want to learn Japanese to Japan as woofers.

I'm not going to live on my own farm, and don't want the responsibility of running a farm permanently, but I like to dabble, and want to have a holiday of pretending to live a life I never lived.

I majored in environmental science in uni. Although I studied about only basic things there, I'm interested in learning Earth's natural environment through experiences of wwoofing. I'd like to experience lots of things while I'm on working&holiday.

We believe that wwoofing will be good hard outdoor work, and should prepare us for full-time fruit-picking. We are very eager to gain some experience, and meet some new people. We are hard workers and excited to learn and explore this new work industry, and hopefully to gain some friends along the way.

It's great to be in a big city like Melbourne, but that doesn't reflect reality! I want to feel close to people who live the Australian way of life and to be able to discover this everyday life. If I couldn't do it, I don't think this trip would be the same.

I’m keen to learn more about organic growing and farming and this way of life, and I’m looking for opportunities to get my hands dirty and learn from others. I’m also looking for the chance to experience more rural parts of Australia and a quieter pace of life while I dedicate some time to writing.

A couple of reasons. Possibly learn some new skills. But also for the adventure of travel and seeing a new country. But i was especially attracted to WWOOF since my favorite job I have had was working on an organic farm. That work was so rewarding and I really loved being outside and feeling that I have built or contributed something meaningful.

I joined WWOOF to have different experiences than I would normally traveling. I’m excited to be a part of the work that gets done, and I’m also looking forward to meeting new people and getting to know an area through the local lifestyle. I’m hoping to gain experience through working hard and learning new skills. I’ve worked with animals most of my life, so working on the farms can be something new for me.

To extend my visa and have good experiences. currently travelling around the east coast! I am from the south of Germany and have been in Australie since 9 months, going from Newsouthwales through the mittle seeing uluru to Darwin. After Darwin i did the westcoast with a couple of friends i met on the way. After a dead battery, flat tyres and no rego i made it to perth, where i stayed 2 months with my girlfriend. After that we lived and worked on a farm in pemberton, for around 2 months, getting some money and collecting the payslips for the visa. Then we haded back to Perth, from Perth to Melbourne and from Melbourne over Sydney back to Byron, where my aunt lives. Yes my aunt lives here since 20 years and it has a lot of advantages i tell you that. Yeah now im searching to finish this text and my 88 days cheers.

I grew up in the city but have been keen to learn about farming for a number of years. I am also looking at moving overseas to pursue this in 2025 so thought that WWOOF Australia would be a good way of trying it out first.
