I friend of mine introduced me to wwoof and told me about her experience, which got me really inspired myself! I’ve always been drawn to gardening and growing things, working with my hands and being outdoors is something I really appreciate. I’m hoping this could be an opportunity for me to develop my experience and gain very useful and valuable knowledge. I love learning! Besides this is it also a good timing in my travels, I’m thinking it could be very nice with a little break at the moment and just be able to stay in the same place for a a week or two. I’m very flexible with the dates and duration 🙂

We joined WWOOF as an affordable and enriching way to travel around Australia. We are passionate environmentalists and one day wish to have our own property where we can enact sustainable farming practices. We thought this would be an amazing opportunity to learn from passionate people who are actively living this lifestyle.

I would like to have some experience before looking for a job in Australia, and to discover life with local families. And also learn English more easily by being integrated.

We joined WWOOF to experience what agriculture is like in Australia. We love to learn and we hope that by WWOOFing we can acquire new abilities as well as establishing connections with farmers throughout Australia.

Today I am almost 24 years old I benefit from a well-paid permanent contract which allows me to lead a comfortable life. However I want to get out of my comfort zone by traveling and working at the same time time what's more ? I imagine being confronted with new situations pushing myself to develop other skills and adapt to different environments. I imagine meeting people from various backgrounds and backgrounds I feel the need for change and adventure escape from the daily routine. Participate in farm projects perhaps on a personally rewarding level I imagine through his experiences to see how to speak English gain confidence and autonomy, but above all I want to meet inspiring people to discover new ways of living and to make even a small contribution to sustainable projects

Discovering all approaches or activities that allow us, as humans, to meet our needs in harmony with the planet or rather without excessively polluting it. How to adopt a responsible attitude towards nature preservation. Meeting people who share these same values and assisting them in their projects while also enriching myself with their know-how and their way of being, as well as building a network in the fields of food autonomy, permaculture, and eco-construction. What motivates me the most is learning new techniques of natural farming and environmentally-friendly construction, and exchanging, in a spirit of kindness, our different perspectives on happiness and the joy of living.

I already have had a wwoofing experience in Canada for the last 6 months and would now like to go an visit Australia for the next 6 months and at the same time continue to improve my English through this interesting cultural exchange experience.

a. Experience Australian life and culture, learn the importance of being sustainable, meet local people who are like-minded, get some new life experience and to be honest it is also a great way to travel cheap and save a little bit of money.

I think it is a great idea that there is a programme that gives people in many countries around the world the opportunity to exchange ideas and make the world a better place together. You can learn so much from each other across cultural and national borders. That's why I want to become a part of wwoofing and certainly my parents will also become a woofing host when they are done with the renovation.

I would like to join a host or family and experience some Australian culture. And I want to learn some knowledge about agriculture or nature saving, and I would like to use them for some places which need support and development in the future. And I want to become a strong and good survivor so I’m seeking to work or volunteer which I can learn and experience lots of things.

I want to travel australia. I I want to experience different food. different culture. and different work. but I don't have enough money. I want to save money.

I'd like to use this time to discover new things, meet new people, and improve my English. WWOFing is I think a good mix of all that, and also allows you to work in connection with nature which is really nice!

I joined WWOOF through AIFS and l am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic& Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

Because I want to experience the lifestyle of people who are organic and natural cultivation in Australia,and I want to see various ways of farming. I was cultivating a small field by myself following the organic farming method,but I couldn't continue. I'm looking for a way to continue without overdoing it in my life,not just agriculture for commercial purposes. In Japan,it is considered a virtue to work hard culturally,and I feel that it is also rooted in the field of agriculture.There may be such an aspect in Australia,but I think there are a more relaxed culture.In addition,in Australia,the birthplace of permaculture,I think that I can learn a lot about lifestyles that are not only farming methods. And I participate in WWOOF because I seek to interact with people who are building a life there.I want to feel the raw energy that I can't understand just by books and photos. And eventually, I want to make use of what I learned in my field.

I am passionate about permaculture and sustainable projects and would love to learn as much as possible. I would love to find a place where there is a good and healthy community, to be a partner in building projects, to work a lot with my hands and my head, and to live wildly
