My family owns a pig farm in China, so I’m quite familiar with farm life. I’d love to help out with some of the farm work while staying with you and hope to learn more about the local culture and community in the process.

After a few long years in Melbourne enduring lockdowns and they're fallout I'm keen to get out of the city, spend some time in more natural environments and get a taste for working on the land. I'm looking to pursue my interest in agriculture, forestry and regeneration through Wwoofingfor a few weeks or months to get some valuable hands on experience before I embark on a possible career change.

Always opened to do things I never thought I'd do, go to places I'd never thought I'd go, meet people I'd never thought I've known. One day, working into the farm in Mudgee (place I'd never thought I'd go), an Australian couple of farmers walked into our caravan park looking for woofers to some gardening for a single day (people I'd never thought I'd met), it ended up we looked after their huge farm for one week while they left on holidays, looked after their 6 dogs and milking their cow (Thing I'd never thought I'd do). I've always been amazed by the trust they put in us so easily.

I'm interested in Organic. My sister worked at organic store. That was a reason why I am interested in organic. I tried organic food, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. I used to use especially organic lip balm. If we have a chance, I would like to prepare the dish using vegetables from your farm. I went to culinary school last year. I’m good at fillet a fish. I hope we will prepare the dish together. I’m curious about a life style of organic farmers. I don’t know well about good life style for earth. I expect that I will be able to learn about good life style for earth. In addition to that, I want to imitate part of your life style which I feel good. Homestay is one of my dreams. I have wanted to homestay since when I was an elementary school student. Probably, this dream will come true by joining WWOOF.

We believe soil is paramount to human health and combatting many issues we face in global society. It’s important for us while we travel to see how others manage their soil and produce in their land. WOOFing is a great opportunity to have meaningful experiences while traveling around. We both value organic and real food and wish to have access to it. It is also a great opportunity to take some ideas and see how it can be achieved in a different context like at home in Ireland.

I started doing wwoofing as a way to discover what farm life was really like and the different ways of running one. I was really interested to learn more about self-suffiency (for farms working towards it) but also learn more about the practices based on respecting the environment and living entities.

I've expressed in the section 'About me'.. I am 26 and originally from London, England. I've been working and travelling in Australia and Asia for the last year and a half and on a journey of discovering what is really meaningful to me. I am playful yet sincere, love feeling connected to nature, try to practice a mindful way of living, love to dance, love to play djembe, love being active and using my body in sports and craft. I recently renovated and built a small home in a van, which has inspired me to continue to learn and express through creating in different forms. In the future I aim to create a community which is self sufficient and holds organic farming, renewable energy and low waste close to its heart. I am currently seeking to develop my knowledge and skills in this style of living and meet some beautiful, like-minded people along the way.
