The property is 12.5hectares and mainly forested. Kangaroos visit daily and there are resident swamp wallabies and ducks on the large dam. It has an established orchard of various fruit trees. I am in the process of revegetation of native plants (planting and mulching), removal of lantana and the re-establishment of a vegetable garden. The prpoerty is solar off grid and has a dual water supply system using tank and dam water. There is a separate self contained cabin available or a room with ensuite in the main house. The property is 10 minutes to Coolum Beach and less than 20 minutes to Noosa Heads. I have recently been travelling through central and South America and can stumble my way through spanish conversations.

I would like to learn more about Australian culture and people and how they live. I enjoy spending time with animals and would like to offer my help for jobs around the house / farm or outside.

Because I would like to have more Australian WWOOF experience. I like to see new and different things. I would like to work in places where they had fire. I wish to help them to re built their things

I am traveling to Australia soon and would love to meet farmers and especially tropical fruit farmers. I would love to learn more about tropical fruit, and potentially how I might grow some back here in our greenhouse.

I'm waiting for entering veterinary school next year and i want to use this year to be helpful to people who works with animals and discover a new country. I also want to improve my english. This experience would allow me to learn new lifestyles and to build relationships. I'm actually in France but ready to join you as soon as possible !

Dragon Fruit Farm on 5 acres, We have around 3200 plants, Majority are under bird net. about 15 varieties. Season is around late October - May. We are 20 mins to the pristine beaches of Wooli, & Minnie Water. Plus a beautiful camping grounds, near the Yuragyir State Forest. Illaroo camping grounds. We are close to beautiful surfing beaches,20 mins and there is around 10 beaches, some are hidden, but are a great spot to go, National Parks are on the way to the beaches, great Hotel for Lunches, The Big Banana is only 40mins down the hwy, great local Icon, there is so much to do in there, great food, Tobogganing, Ice Skating, Laser Tag, lolly making. just to name a few. There is also great beaches on the way, Also Grafton town is only 20 mins away, lots of shopping, cafe's,etc. Farmers Market. Wwoofers need to have their own Transport. It is Essential.

I‘m very interested in learning about new cultures, meeting new people all over the world, learning new skills, being in nature and learning more about a sustainable lifestyle. Another thing and probably the main reason that motivated me to be a wwoofer, was my father, who was a wwoofer himself and had an amazing time in New Zealand a few years ago.

To learn new skills, have cool experiences, and meet people! I, Danny, am really interested in learning more about hands on work such as simple construction/carpentry and land management.Grace's interests are in vegetable gardening, food processing/preserving, beekeeping, poultry, and education. We are both also interested in understanding the wider business side of things, and keen to learn! We haven’t been in Australia long and would like to get to know Perth and Western Australia a bit better before getting jobs in the region.

I love animals. I especially love horses. I have only seen horses twice in my life. I want to live a life where I can see horses often. Even if it is not horses, I want to live a life with animals.

I've been thinking about how I want to settle down, and doing some small scale homesteading, so that I can supply myself and the family would be ideal. Growing up in the countryside, I know my way around the garden, orchards, harvesting and such, but I want to expand my knowledge. So I thought the best way to do that is to learn from the source, and ideally organic and permaculture, as I see that aligning with my own future. Another reason is it helps with budgeting my long trip. It's easy to spend a lot of money inbetween jobs, so I want to minimize where I can. I'm also keen to learn about the australian way of life, animal husbandry and such. So becoming a volunteer wwoof'er helps me in a lot of ways, as I can help you where needed.

As we are exploring Australia we have been seeing all the different beautiful areas. We would love to gain new experience in hands on environments which contribute to the running local areas.

I am studying life sciences at university, and I would like to gain knowledge, values, and experiences related to this field. I want to live in nature. Also, I want to live with people from overseas and experience foreign cultures.

Just arriving in Australia to start an undefined period of my life here, and start to grow in my profesional career, but right now I want to see as much I can of the tradicional Australia, and I think this app offers a good opportunity to meet people and travel in a cheaper way.
