I want to be part of the nature and expolre the true value inside me and at the same time experience the life of country side of Aus. I've had busy and untruthful life in Korea. I didn't know much of myself in terms of what i like, what i wanna do, what I'm good at... Rather I would follow the path of what other people were taking( study in highschool, getting into college, apply for jobs) This made me wonder who I am and what i value in life . I think exploring Aus would give me good answers to these questions. I look forward to my upcoming experiences

We joined WWOOF because we are convinced of the concept. We like the combination of discovering a new country, making contacts and working. We are already familiar with WWOOF through Luisa's family's farm, which is itself part of WWOOF Germany and through a month of WWOOFing in Australia.

Our 5 acre block is situated in Highvale, Queensland. We are just 35km northwest of Brisbane at the base of the D`Aguliar range. The area is rural and we are surrounded by beautiful mountains. Mt. Glorious is the closest and with an altitude of 600m and its lush subtropical rainforests has a wealth of bush walks for people to enjoy. Our surrounding local communities are rich in the arts with Mt.Nebo and Mt.Glorious being the hub for local artists and musicians. We also have insects and the usual Australian wildlife, SNAKES and SPIDERS included...all a part of living in the bush. To us it is very civilised and safe but if you don`t like nature you probably won`t like it here 🙂

I’m eager to join WWOOF to break out of my comfort zone, learn new skills, and connect with people beyond the typical backpacker scene. I want to broaden my horizons and gain hands-on experience in rural living, far removed from the city life I grew up with in Berlin. This journey in Australia is all about personal growth and discovering new perspectives. I’m excited to meet inspiring hosts, exchange stories, and explore new ways of living. Whether it’s farming, gardening, or any other hands-on work, I’m ready to learn, help out, and share a few skills of my own. Plus, I look forward to meaningful conversations, good meals, and making lasting connections along the way.

I think wwoof is an amazing way to see the world, meet new people and connect more with nature. I also think it’s a great way of meeting the real locals of a country, because sometimes it’s hard to come in contact with the locals when your just visiting.

Id like to connect with other travelers as well as Australians through authentic experiences. I want to help but also learn about agriculture and buddhism for example. I think an experience like this will allow me to get to know different aspects of the world in a much more detailed ways then any other.

As a solo traveller, I am looking to connect with locals and meet a community of like-minded people. As someone interested in food and cooking, I am also concerned with food production, ethical consumption, and sustainability. I am always looking to broaden my horizons and since I have been interested in environmental issues, sustainable farming and wildlife conservation for a long time, I would love to gain hands-on experiences and learn more about one or more of those topics through Wwoofing. I am very outgoing, enthusiastic and always open to new challenges and adventures!
