Short Property Description
Located in Nymboida we are on a stunning 250acres and a short drive to spectacular must see destinations. We have very friendly horses, chickens, dogs & wildlife. 2 fascinating caves are only approx. 1.2km from the cottage. Sweeping views of the valley spread out below the hillside. The breathtaking wild river at Nymboida junction is popular for rafting & camping only 20 minutes away. However, there is very easy access to the river where you turn off Armidale Road to Layton’s Range Road.
You wake up literally with your head in the clouds. Yapunyah Park is truly a magical place.
Organic/Biological methods we use
Our greenhouse is filled with thriving vegetables and herbs. No chemicals are used, and we have an ongoing supply of fertilizers with six well fed horses.

We love meeting new people. With our plans to offer an equestrian facility in the future and are busy people. We certainly could do with some help and in return can offer a wonderful experience for our visiting woofers.
