I am looking for a woofing until the new year, in order to learn English and meet new people.I want to learn a new work technique. I'm going to Thailand at the beginning of the year to fight so I'm here to be calm in the meantime.

I studied at Metz University of Law and Economics from 2012 to 2017. Then I worked for the same bank from 2018 until 2024. When I was student, I during the holiday season I used to work for the Municipal Garden Services of my town and I did odd jobs at McDonald's and Leclerc (French supermarket like Coles/Woolworths). After working in a bank for 7 years, I decided to take a break and move to Australia for a year. During this year, I really want to spend time discovering another culture, focusing on human contact, learning new skills and gaining new insights. I want to have the chance to do things that I wouldn’t have been able to do if I’d stayed behind a desk. I am looking for volunteer opportunities that will allow me to work hard, learn new skills and meet new people. My principal qualities are my physical fitness, my ability to work quickly and consistently for long periods of time. And I have a can-do attitude and a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours.

We have joined WWOOF to deepen our connection and appreciation of nature while learning vital, life sustaining skills. It would be our pleasure to assist as many people as possible on their properties and be the recipients of such valuable knowledge. We really enjoy connecting with others in the outdoors and are open to new experiences.

I heard about WWOOF from a friend who had an amazing great experience! As a world-traveler, I decided to join to have more contact with the locals from the regions, experiencing how they live their lives and not to just viewing it as a tourist! She told me as well, about how enriching and life changing the work on a farm was and how thankful she is to have had that chance. One of the reasons, is to gain some new skills in organic farms, one of my wishes that  I want to get to know the hosts and support them the better I can do it! I like the principle of wwoofing and I hope to have the opportunity ASAP.

I tried to go everything (foods, makeup, skincare, etc.) organic since 2017 but I couldn’t make it 100% because of my hectic lifestyle in Tokyo as a flight attendant. I decided to learn more about the organic world in Australia, an organically-developed country compared to Japan. I believe that immersing myself in the organic farming community through WWOOFing will provide me with hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of sustainable practices. I am eager to connect with like-minded individuals, share knowledge, and contribute to a lifestyle that aligns with my values.

I joined wwwof to see, learn and be involved in organic farming practices, I want to include my kids on this journey, which will build valuable life skills for them. I believe wwwof is a great way to exchange organic farming practices and learn new tips and tricks along the way. This is a great way to see other parts of the country and meet new people with similar mindsets.

The property "esperanza" is located 1km from the town centre of Lismore, 5 acre property on the river, some of the land is proned to flood and was affected by the 2022 flood. There are big dreams for this property. we have already planted 600 rain forest trees, started 4 fruit forest rows (syntropic/agroforestry), grew 100kg of garlic and lots of vegetables. The farm is at the baby stage but there are many projects that are getting underway such as a nursery andnative bee keeping. there is a hot tub overlooking the river and is gorgeous under the starry night. We are just a little farm trying to make a big difference.

WWOOF would be a great opportunity to work and learn on the job, while meeting new people and sharing stories and experiences. There are a lot of things to be learned, and I am enthusiastic to learn as much as I can while traveling. Also, I hope it will help me gain experience in farm work and animal care, so I could perhaps find a job later on a farm during my current Working Holiday in Australia.

To find a place to volunteer as I am here in Australia for both work and travels. I hope to get to a place where I can be a part of the family/community, and learn and work in the organic farm environment. Joined to get to know the real Australia, and hopefully contribute to a sustainable global community.

Matan’s Lodge is a mixture of art, fun, beach & gardens in a permaculture setting, halfway between Margaret River and the beach. Artists & visitors stay here to enjoy the chance to create, exhibit & reconnect to nature. Non-artists who stay with us, help with the running of the place and often discover their own mediums of expression. Volunteering is varied and includes gardening, help with art installations, landscaping, help with maintenance of hobby farm and Gallery. Fun & creativity are the essentials... and many have called it the ‘perfect lifestyle’.

I think WWOOF is really great opportunity to get to know a different culture, because you live with the locals. In my opinion it is a good compromise working a few hours on a farm in return to accomodation and food. I've always wanted to have a farm experience so I'm very excited to now fulfill my childhood dream. I love being surrounded by nature and nice people. I'm willing to work hard although I have no experience in farmwork.

I’m joining WWOOF to see more of Australia’s beautiful regions and get a more local, hands-on experience. I think it’s a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, and get involved with the community while making the most of my time in this amazing country.

Because woofing makes it easier to find a job 😀 and I've heard a lot of good things about the community and I'm now looking forward to experiencing it myself.

I have dreamed about traveling to Australia for the longest time! I've also been wanting to become more self-sustainable and learn to live off of the land! I'm vegan and love finding new and creative ways to use plant-based food to make tasty dishes! I also love being around animals, meeting new people, and learning new skills! I'm happy to help out in whatever way you may need.

Skills I Want to Learn:
Our dream is to break out of our everyday lives and spend about 6 weeks in Australia and show our kids the beauty of the world. But we don’t just want to travel around and visit the tourist spots, we would like to immerse ourselves more into the lives of the people and their culture. Plus, Christoph always wanted to work on a farm one day and do some physical work (at least for a few weeks). We don’t have any experience in farming, but we are willing to learn.

I want to join WWOOF because I love nature and animals, and I believe working on a farm is a great way to connect with both. I’m eager to learn more about sustainable living and farming practices, which I think will be a valuable life experience. I also see this as an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, meet new people, and experience different cultures. By joining WWOOF, I hope to improve my English skills, learn practical skills, and make meaningful connections with others while contributing to the work of the host family. It’s a chance for me to grow as a person and explore a new way of life.

In joining WWOOF, I hope to gain experience and learn more about agricultural labor - from growing crops to maintaining an eco-friendly lifestyle . Hoping to experience a different way of life; far from the urban city life, while contributing to the local community.
