Short Property Description

I have a lovely historic 10 acre farm running around 15 Merino and Merino x sheep, Truffle Farm and Kitchen Garden. The Truffiere will be expanded next winter to diversify and include white truffles, olive trees and bee hives.. Built in 1894, there is a lot of history here including a large stone barn that was once used the village school and a prohibition bar! There are a wide variety of fruit trees and preserving to do including Mulberry’s, table grapes, citrus, lemons, limes, loquats, cumquat, figs, pomegranate, olives, peaches, pears, apples, nectarines. We have a poultry unit with egg layers, heritage Brahma from the UK and Japanese Quail. We are chemical free which means weeding, mulching etc and we are water wise. You will have your own room in the main house with Antique double bed and main bathroom used by the Guest rooms only.
