I feel alive when I get into a new environment and I like the moment when I realize this world is wider than I imagine. It makes me humble and thankful. That’s why I’d like to learn and experience more about other lifestyles and culture.

I’m interested in sustainable and healthy cultivation of natural products, because I think this is the best way to provide people and ourselves with healthy and valuable products. The food industry with its highly processed products tends to put me off and I would like to use the time of my trip to learn what the proper cultivation of natural products looks like and how it works. Furthermore I want to make new experiences and learn through practical work to understand Agriculture and own cultivation better. On top of that my big Goal while travelling around the world is to meet a lot of new people and get to know their philosophy of life. I really want to make new experiences to see the world and the life from many perspectives.

This year, I will have completed my Bachelor's in Environmental Biology and Chemistry, but before heading into a Master's degree, I'd like discover the wonders of Australia, explore the cities, learn more about the culture and what environmentally friendly farming really entails. It's one thing to study it in a classroom and in labs, but I'd like to know how it goes on a real farm. It's also the perfect opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and gain some perspective away from the tiny French village I've lived in for most of my life. As I'm quite shy, this will be great way for me to meet people and make some new friends. I'm not intimidated by hard work, having helped my parents in our own garden with construction, maintenance and tending to our veggie plot. If you'll have me, I'll be more than willing to help around with any and all tasks that need to be done.

I have travelled by bicycle from Canada to Peru, and have experienced so much kindness and compassion from people along the way. I always enjoy meeting new people and sharing stories. WWOOFING is a great place to meet people with the same values and ideas. It can be a very rewarding experience for everyone involved. I enjoy learning new skills and pass on knowledge to others also. I Hope to have my own property one day to help out travellers and fellow WOOFERS along the way.

I would like to improve my English and broaden my horizons. I would also like to get to know the culture and real Australian life.

I'm looking to meet new people and practice my English. In fact, I recently arrived in Australia. I have a working holidays visa. I would like to meet new opportunities. I am a serious, motivated and healthy person. Indeed, I don't see myself, I don't smoke, I have healthy habits and I want to learn new things. I hope I can be of assistance to you in the tasks assigned.

We joined WWOOF( myself and my 12 year old child ) to share an adventure, to take time, like a gap year between life as it has been and the life that is moving towards us, we are excited for the adventure and a journey of meeting good folk and gatheting rich memeories along the way. We hope to learn new skills and maybe teach some also. We also see it as an oppurtunity to explore the dynamics of resiprosity in action .

I want to meet new people and get a closer look to the life in Australia. It's my first time doing a work and travel, I'm looking forward for this experience. I haven't heard anything about WWOOF, but I hope and think it's a good portal to find a host.

To learn valuable skills in agriculture that will ne useful all my life. Especially because I plan on visiting Mongolia next year and live as a Nomad for a few weeks or months, like my Grandmother used to do. For that I need to learn how to take care of myself with nothing but nature, which will include taking care of animals and perhaps growing my own vegetables. Also I want to live away from the busy life of the city and spend more time in nature and with myself. Finally I also hope that the skills I will learn will help me find a better job so I can save up enough money for my travels 🙂

I joined WWOOF through American Institute of Foreign Studies (AIFS) and am interested in learning about life on Australian Organic & Permaculture farms and learning about growing and producing organically.

This is great idea to know a territory ( Sydney for me). Before my job in Victoria I need to find a accomodation (échange to work). My aim is to visit Sydney. To try a woof hosts should be a nice way. I have an environment sensibility and love walking in different parks. The last 3 years I worked in the vines the plant and the soil between oenology staff. So I can easilly work out. I also need to speak english one of reason why I’m here.

First, I thought I would like to feel Australian nature. I’m living in Brisbane and it was first time to live city. At the beginning, I was so nervous, but I could get used to living there little by little. However, these days I’m feeling I wanna feel nature and live rural because I grew up there. That’s why I decided it! Also, I’d like to talk with you and communicate a lot!

I’d like to make new experiences on different farms and learn new approaches for sustainable farming. I think i can profit from the Australian way of life and insights in the agriculture and hope to earn some dollars as well

We both like to be in the Nature. And love to do physical work. And we are always curious to learn new things. To wwoof gives us also the possibility to live with people and families together from and in other countries. For us thats a great experience. And of course it's nice to practice English.

I'm a environmental professional and love learning new skills and meeting other people interested in sustainability. I've wwoofed overseas, in Australia over the last few years and I love it!

Would like to learn about agriculture. I have 100acres in Northern California and Id like to get it to the point of being reasonably self sufficient. I’d like to learn more about planting techniques, agriculture maintenance and soil maintenance.

I joined WWOOF to meet like minded people to work on organic farms to learn about organic gardening, permaculture and Bee keeping.

To trade my time and efforts for life experience in pursuit of a more harmonious and sustainable future. Not much more to it! It's all about meeting people, doing good, learning great skills, in beautiful and healthy environment. I know the work isn't always beautiful but this is essential part of the process and only increases appreciation for.all that is good. This isn't a free holiday, I prefer to be busy and useful than doing as little as possible. I believe there's real value in manual work for body mind and environment. Keeping costs down is always a bonus, extends the time I can be involved in meaningful action. X
