I moved to regional Victoria a few years to escape the rat race, and spend my time running nesting box workshops, participating in Landcare and Scouts, and also tending my bee hives. I’m involved in our permaculture guild and local climate change/sustainability groups.
Why I joined WWOOF
I’m looking to volunteer and learn more about community supported agriculture and community living. Next year my son will have finished high school and I’m keen to travel the country exploring different ways of living and belonging to place.
I am very interested in learning goat herding for weed management. I’d love to spend my annual leave learning goat management especially if anyone is actively using their heard for weed management.
