The landscape is a patchwork of lush farmland, gentle rolling hills, rugged escarpments, and river flats fed by the Lockyer Creek. The climate is warm and temperate, making it ideal for growing vegetables, fruits, and grains year-round. You’ll find fields stretching toward the horizon, interspersed with small towns like Gatton, Laidley, and Forest Hill that offer a warm country welcome and glimpses into Australia’s farming heritage.
