I’m Tom – 19 and from a little coastal town on the NSW south coast. Over the past few years I’ve grown a really strong passion for growing my own food and can’t wait to one day make it my job. I’m open-minded, creative and strive to see a greener, positive future. When I’m not in the garden, I’m a photographer, filmmaker and musician. I will eat anything and don’t mind living rough
Why I joined WWOOF
I joined WWOOF in hopes to start my journey to becoming an organic farmer. I’m looking for a hands on work experience of how a thriving farm function. I’m very interested in ethical farming methods that harness nature rather than try to control it. I’ve studied permaculture principles through books over the past few years and look forward to doing my PDC in 2021. I also just want to meet new people that have the same passion as me and maybe stumble across some new opportunities!
