I am from Hong Kong. I just finished my Communications degree at the University of Queensland and going to the Master of Social Work next year.
I am an outgoing and outdoor person who likes seeking adventurous and exciting experiences. I like to know more about people from different backgrounds. Hiking is my favorite past-time. My favorite mountain here is Mount Tamborine.
I am also keen on camping and have been wanted to try night hiking. Sometimes, I also do yoga. I feel like I can truly feel about myself and get away from the world when I am doing yoga.
Why I joined WWOOF
I want to get to know more about the world and seek a unique experience here. Since I have been staying in the city for 21 years, I want to stay in a rural area and immerse myself in nature. I am looking for a new skill like farm skills, wine, bread, or even honey making.
These are the skills that I have never got the chance to learn in university. I am also keen on meeting new people, getting to know more about their stories.
Hopefully, I can broaden my horizon in volunteering.
