About Me

Personal Bio

Helloooo I am Suki from Hong Kong. I am a graduate architecture student from the University of Melbourne, currently seeking a breath of fresh air and an escape from the hustle and bustle. I am an easy-going and optimistic person who enjoys a challenging life. Honestly, I am not good at speaking, but I love listening to people’s stories. I love art and photography (please help me to take good photos, thank you).

Let’s goooo ٩( ᐛ )و

Meals: I would like to have proteins and veggies in every meal. I am fine with one vegetarian diet per day.
Accommodation: I require a quiet personal space/time for studying and journaling.

Why I joined WWOOF

I would call myself an urban hermit since the pandemic changed my lifestyle. I was questioning about the matter of life during the dayssssssss and I realised the importance of caring for and protecting our planet. As a living, this is my responsibility to pick up those ambitions for our future generation. But sometimes, I feel hopeless and discouraged about our planet’s dilemma, especially since I have been living in booming cities since I grew up. Luckily, I found WWOOF, which provides a golden opportunity for youngers to learn from those experts in sustainable living, to experience another way to live, and to explore another perspective of looking at the world.

I can’t wait to start my 49 days nomadic adventure, as being a shepherd is one of my childhood dreams. This is also a secret reason for me to study in Australia that I did not tell my aggressive parents. I feel relaxed and released when I immerse in nature – the greatest architecture in the world ever.
