Short Property Description
Picturesque sheep farm in the South coast NSW – 15km from town/beach – working towards a holistic-regenerative agriculture model of low production. We are looking for WWOOF’s to stay with us and help care for our animals. We have 1000+ merino sheep for wool production and 20 young cows. We have a number of working and livestock guardian dogs (2 Kelpies & 6 Maremmas & a Jack Russell) that need daily feeding. We have horses, chooks & indoor fish that also require feeding. The sheep & cows will be overseen/cared for by our family that live close by – but there may be the opportunity to assist with animal husbandry, and feeding/watering – depending on the land conditions. We are in a phase of property redesign and have some fencing projects on the agenda and we are establishing a new vegetable garden. We also run an oyster farm that we may require assistance on from time to time.Happy to talk to interested people – Thankyou
