Wwoofer Profile
About Me
Personal Bio
My name is Sheena. I have a passion for health, nutrition, growing organic food and self sufficiency.
I have worked in community services for the past 8 years and recently resigned my job as a TAFE lecturer in Broome and moved to Queensland. I have studied a Permaculture design course, Cert III in Agriculture and commenced a degree in Ecological Agriculture, all over 10 years ago but life has not allowed me to put much into practice until now. I am looking forward to practicing new skills with a view to soon purchasing my own block of land.
Why I joined WWOOF
I joined WWOOF as I will soon be travelling around northern Queensland looking for a piece of land to settle and be self sufficient. Along the way I would love to learn organic farming methods and skills and I am also keen to connect with great people along with way.
