Short Property Description
We’re a certified-organic farm in the process of full accreditation, located in Far North Queensland. Our farm started with a thriving microgreens business and is now expanding into a wide variety of seasonal inground crops.
This is a vegetarian, non-smoking, and alcohol-free farm, focused on healthy living, community, and soil regeneration. We grow everything by hand—no tractors—using a mix of traditional techniques and the latest small-scale farming tools.
We’re passionate about producing nutrient-dense, organic food for our local community and are always excited to share our knowledge and experience with others. If you’re interested in real, hands-on growing and want to learn how to work with the soil rather than against it, we’d love to host you.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We became WWOOF hosts because we love meeting people, sharing what we’ve learned, and building a lifestyle around good food, simple living, and meaningful connection. Alena is originally from Germany, and I (Matthew) spent several years living in Canada — so travel, cultural exchange, and learning from others are a big part of who we are.
Hosting WWOOFers gives us the chance to pass on our knowledge of organic farming while continuing to learn from the experiences and perspectives of others. For us, it’s not just about help on the farm — it’s about sharing a way of life.
