Short Property Description
Our property in located in the Central Highlands of Tasmania. We are 7th generation sheep and cattle farmers and have a strong emphasis on land health, quality produce and animal welfare. Our property stretches from from 500m altitude at our home base right up to 1200m in the mountains. We graze our livestock according to the season and keep them moving onto fresh pasture. We also value our vegetable garden and have a cut flower business for the local wedding market, both which are organic.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We are keen to share our way of life and take the opportunity to learn from someone who is equally as passionate about growing produce. We have a young family and think it would be valuable for them to learn and spend time with someone from a different background and country. We would also like to upgrade our vegetable and flower growing to supply the farm and local community. We are happy to host couples and have a comfortable house available on the farm.
