Personal Bio

My name is Dee, I’m a 27 year old Dutchie. I am for 2,5 years in Australia where I worked half of the time, and was travelling all around with my own car & swag for the other half of the time.

At the moment I am on a touristvisa, as my Whv did run out and I dont want to go home now because of the Covid situation there.

I am not afraid to get my hands dirty or be remote. I do like gardening & mowing the lane. Can drive tractors, tellyhandlers with different machinery but willing to learn new & different skills.

I have done 3 seedings & 1 harvest in WA, and worked in the Mt Buller skifields. I had my own few sheep when I was a kid, and just volunteerd for 5 weeks on a cattlestation up north where I helped with the mustering and yardwork.

Why I joined WWOOF

I joined WWOOF as I am looking for a new experience, learn new things and hopefully have a look into the Australian life.

As I dont want to use my 3rd WHV yet and dont want to go home now because of Covid, I’ll apply for a tourist-visa.

As I have time enough but want to spend my time here usefully, I would like to do some voluntering to get new experiences and help you out with an extra set of hands.
