Short Property Description
Our little farm is 290 acres of half bush and half pasture where we run horses and ponies. We are approximately 140km from the Perth hills and within 25-55km of 4 towns.
We also run a rural contracting business operating road trains to cart grain and lime sand and spreaders to spread lime sand and fertiliser.
Our contracting work is based over about a 450km radius so there is a bit of working away for my husband.
We have 4 children 3 of which are grown up and out in the workforce and our youngest will be away at Ag School next year so I am looking for someone who is capable around horses to come and stay to experience our farm life and to give me some help around the farm. There is plenty of opportunity for horse riding and I would prefer someone who loves to ride and be around horses.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
I joined Wwoof because I think it a fantastic way for foreigners to experience our lovely country first hand, and a great way for us to meet new people and share our life experiences with someone willing to learn and experience new things. My family had wwoofers for many years and enjoyed the experience very much.
