I’m an artist and designer working in film, animation, theatre, large scale puppetry and visual arts. I have worked in community arts and work collaboratively with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in urban, regional and remote areas. I love gardening and have a keen interest in permaculture and community gardens. I’m an amateur botanist and have worked as a landscape designer and have spent years establishing urban community gardens. I’m handy with tools and basic carpentry, having worked on large scale sculpture and set design construction and giant puppets.
Why I joined WWOOF
I hope to connect with and meet new people and explore new places as well as learn new skills. Im very keen to assist with any fire recovery work after this summers horrendous bush fires. I’m also particularly keen to work in new landscapes and learn about new agricultural techniques as well as be immersed in local flora and fauna. I’ve lived in remote Western Australia as well as southern cities such as Melbourne.
