I am a 55 yo historical researcher and writer who has travelled extensively, previously wwoofing in the UK and NZ as well as with my son in Australia when he was 11 yo. I have also been a bush regenerator working for the National Trust in Sydney and conservation organisations in UK & NZ. I have studied organic farming & biodynamics during my time living in the country for 25 years. I have worked as a Steiner kindergarten assistant and a nanny. I currently house and pet sit. I enjoy music, dancing, art, films, have been part of community groups as an activist and project organiser. Self sufficient but friendly and enjoy good company!
Why I joined WWOOF
To intersperse my time writing and researching with more physical and social activity. To be with like-minded people in rural areas and to help people on the land with their self-sufficiency, care of the environment and food production.
