I am a fit and ambitious 25-year-old male with a keen interest in regenerative culture and hands-on work with soil and produce. I take good care of my health with wholistic nutrition and an active lifestyle. I do my best to stay grounded and experience life in real-time. I practice Jiu-Jitsu to foster mind-body awareness, promote physical fitness, and personal adaptability. I study the arts and sciences broadly, ecologies, philosophies, physiologies and ontologies alike. I engage socially and regard the value of community as fundamental. I applaud a worthy challenge and diligent in completing my goals. I’m a keen explorer and fast learner, ready for great opportunities.
Why I joined WWOOF
I have come to WWOOF in hopes to engage directly with positive ecology; an interest that is not limited to one form of practice. Through engagement with prominent and emerging farming practices, I hope to discover more techniques and strategies which may bring them together. I hope to find ways of balancing cash crop seasons with cover crops and rotational grazing. I hope to find ways of practising agroforestry with high biodiversity. I wish to learn about all aspects of farming; from the hunter-gather and permaculture skills from which we began, to the organic bio-dynamic agroforests to which we will go.
