Francesco and Alessandra are a wonderful , hardworking couple who were happy to undertake any task and worked with minimum supervision. They did gardening, planting, chainsawing and general clearing with good humour and skill. Francesco and Alessandra even cooked a beautiful meal for me which was much appreciated. If you have the opportunity to host them, grab it as they are so beneficial to any property.

It was a joy to have Sanjana at our property, she is a great worker and she showed genuine interest in learning about growing vegetables, planting and maintaining ornamental garden and all necessary work around the beekeeping. Sanjana is a hard working woman who has been very helpful and I can highly recommend her. All the best Sanjana and I hope you will come back to Australia in the future and we will see you again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Koala Hill Flower Farm. Although I was only staying there for a week, I felt welcome and it was a pleasure to meet everybody. I learned a lot about Dahlias and the process of growing them, but also about the birds that live on and around the farm. There was good food and always fresh bread. I definitely recommend staying there for some time..

We had Evelyn and Dennis only for a few days stay at Ozparagus in Carnarvon. Very hands on and willing workers age no barrier for these two. We made great friends and had great food. Would recommend them both to anyone wanting to get to know a couple of hardworking energetic knowledgeable people. Maria and Neil are lovely hosts! I stayed with them for 2 weeks in their farm and worked in their permaculture garden (weeding, mulching, planting and doing some hot compost) and also helping with other projects for the dry-toilet. The accommodation is fantastic, I had a cottage for myself with a kitchen and bathroom so was really nice. During my stay I got the opportunity to meet some local friends of them in their birthdays having some drinks around a fire 🙂 Thanks guys, I wish you all the best!!

I had the most amazing WWOOFing experience at the farm - Ben and Rachel have a wonderful farm and the most beautiful accommodation. Working in the mornings in the veggie garden, peeling garlic and picking strawbs, spending the afternoon exploring the area and enjoying such a peaceful place. Thank you so much - I absolutely loved my stay and very much enjoyed our conversations about the good, the bad and everything in between.

We spent a month at Craig's house. It was an incredible experience ! Craig is a very interesting person and loves to help and teach others, as well as being funny. He has two adorable dogs that we loved spending time with and playing with. the work is varied and interesting, and we especially had the chance to work and spend time with the horses. We spent almost a month with Darryl, Natalie and Lia. They welcomed us so nicely in their home, we felt really comfortable since the beginning. Even if we were there during winter, we were always busy with feeding the chickens, prunning, trimming, collecting dead branches and choping wood, or just cleaning around in the garden but it was always nice because the place is so quiet and the surrounding is very beautiful. Darryl is very a patient person who seems to love teaching so we could easily ask him about Tasmania, aussie culture or how to improve our english.

Charlotte spent 2 weeks here She helped Roll up Dripper lines , picked up reject Pumpkins for the Goats , Raked out pruning,s from under trees , Drove Tractor slashing small bushes down , Picked some Oranges . Charlotte was a very willing worker . She is a pleasent person to be with interested in all things . Charlotte enjoyed the Kangaroo Safari seeing lots of Roos , a Mopoke Owl , Hare and Rabbits . Stayed with Banjo for 2 weeks in Jun 2024. Fantastic location, hands-on experience and got stuck in learning about all the different parts of oyster farming - from grading, culling, bagging, flipping, to prepping them for sale etc. Banjo looks after his crew well and felt very lucky to get to know the locals and explore the Pambula area in my free time. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you love being out on the water or have a healthy appreciation for shellfish!

What a special place of peace, natural beauty, community and reciprocity on Mparntwe country. Rachael and Angela are the most generous and thoughtful host you will experience wwoofing in Australia. There are many projects to do around their beautiful home, both big and small, though the main task is managing the noxious weed - buffel grass. They have started to clear large areas already and planted native trees and shrubs that are attracting native birds, butterflies and reptiles. The property is a great location to explore the red centre on your days off!

I had a great time wwoofing at D'Annies Farm. Ann is very knowledgeable in natural building and off-grid living. This was the highlight of my visit. I also learnt about herbal medicines and self-sustaining skills. She is also a very good cook! The greenhouse was amazing with plenty of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. I also enjoyed the Quail eggs...yummy! If you want to learn how to set up a vegetable garden with permaculture ethics and principles in a dry climate, D'Annies Farm is the place to go! Freya is a beautiful human being. She stayed a week in Nurrewin. Very polite and respectful she adapted perfectly to the remote place, and the work in the forest.
