My sister has been a WWOOFer for a few years and she is the one who really inspired me to experience the life of a WOOFer. I have always loved hearing about her travels and listening to her stories, and really wanted to experience that for myself.
My degree at uni has played a big role in my decision to become a WWOOFer. I have always preferred hands-on learning, and what better way to learn about sustainable living, than to live it myself and experience it with real life people, rather than reading a textbook!

when i was in China . my friends already told me i can experience WWOOF in australia. but the life here is not easy. you have to handle everything. fortunately i'm lucky. the people around me are really nice. also i spend one and half year already. when i looked back. most of the time .i was busy making living .want to earn more money. In the next couple months . i want change other life. be relax to do everything. i want to learn something new and experience the local life . My host can know more about China and our culture. Because there are big differences between China and Australia. My mind would be opened. In China . the new generations want to go and live in the city. That is a big problem. it means no one wants to do the farm work. Every one wants to work in the office. But I am the different . i like the nature . I’m thinking when I go back to China .i want to rent a land. Do some farm work . that would be nice .

I joined WWOOF because I want to live and work on a farm for a 3-4 weeks. I came to Australia to work a full-time job in marketing. Now that my contract is up, I want to maximize my time in Australia and experience the rural lifestyle while I am here. Learning new skills and experiencing a new way of life is one of the main reasons I joined WWOOF. Seeing the country and living on a farm is a part of Australia I really want to experience. I would love to learn new skills about farming. Ideally I would love to work with horses, chickens, and learn organic farming practices. The change of life-style and my curiosity for farm life has really compelled me to make this happen.

I want to join the WWOOF adventure for various reasons. I find that the WWOOF experience was a good alternative to combine my desire for travel, discovery, and learning English and new customs. I am not a good English speakers, but I want to improve me. I want to use the time I have to do something generous but also constructive. Going to help someone as a volunteer is the perfect solution ! Moreover, I love Australia, it's attracting me .I think that is a beautiful country and I dream to visit it. I think to go in other country alone is a expérience that can bring me a lot of maturity. I would like to meet Australian people and perhaps other volunteers. I would like compare my habits and yours. If I can help someone during my stay I would be very happy. I think it could be a very interesting experience for me. I would like to discover the Australians animals like kangaroos, mustang, koala,... and other marvelous species, and take care of them. Therefore, I would like to meet you to show how motivated I am.
